Nordic Regional Coordination Centre (RCC) provides critical services and insights to support the national Transmission System Operators (TSOs) in Finland, Norway, Sweden and Denmark — to ensure the efficient operation and use of the Nordic power system and high security of power supply at any time.
We are seeking an experienced IT Service Operations Manager to ensure the stability, availability, and quality of our mission‑critical systems. You will be accountable for day‑to‑day IT operations, manage SLAs with business and vendors, and drive data‑driven monitoring and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Own and govern SLAs, service catalogues, KPIs, and escalation paths
Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of mission‑critical services
Manage vendor performance, compliance, and escalations
Support financial governance, forecasting, and cost optimization
Ensure structured handover to operations for new systems and services
Qualifications
5+ years in IT Operations, Service Delivery, or similar roles
Strong ITIL and service governance experience
Proven SLA design, service reporting, and KPI ownership
Hands‑on experience with monitoring and observability
Strong stakeholder communication and financial understanding

Manager for the dishwashing-team for Bouillon, Aarhus
Are you an experienced dishwasher who takes pride in making the glasses shine? Bouillon Aarhus is looking for a dedicated and experienced dishwashing manager for our popular concept restaurant. We focus on quality, cooperation and an experience out of the ordinary for our many guests. If you want to help keep up the steam in a busy restaurant, you are the one we need.
About the position:
As a dishwashing manager at Bouillon, you help ensure that service runs smoothly and that our guests have a good experience every day. Your primary areas of work will be:
To be responsible for the dishwashing team and ensure that the standard is kept – even when you are not at work.
Work closely with the operations manager in relation to shift planning and sick leave.
