THE JOB : Your role is (including but not limited to) providing general accounting and operations support to the Portfolio Accounting team within the Finance Department. In this role the successful candidate will be reviewing accounting and reporting for a number of pan European and Worldwide Real Estate portfolios of the Company managed investment funds. Main responsibilities: Financial Accounting – Review of property reporting packages prepared by local service providers and ensure their completeness and accuracy; – Review of bookings and reporting prepared by our center of excellence and review of the general journal entries prepared by the accountants; – Review of group GAAP adjustments while ensuring proper application of internal accounting policies; – Analysis of monthly and quarterly financial metrics and data (net operating income, capital expenditures intercompany reconciliations, net working capital, debt covenants and others); – Prepare annual corporate budget. We are currently looking for a motivated and driven Head of IT Operations under a permanent contract. MISSIONS OF THE ROLE  Roles: - In charge of supervision, execution and accurate documentation of the following IT processes: - Service level management - Capacity management - Service continuity and availability management - Budgeting and accounting - Configuration management - Change management - Deployment management - Incident management - Supplier management - Asset management - HD level 2 supervision - Procurement and renewal of assets - Planning on-call services - Performing service requests (for system-specific aspects) - Access and permission management in line with security policy - Informing Security department CIO and COO in case of information security issues - Coaching and managing the IT Operations team - Collaborating with Program Management Office Manager for resource allocation needs - Executing and defending management decisions  Staff management: - Act as a role model in the organization in terms of behaviors - Align covered functions with LuxTrust company's objectives and strategy - Promote cross-unit collaboration and exchanges - Build culture of quality and excellence, and of continuous improvement in customer-mindset approach - Guide the Life Cycle management (LCM) through participation in hiring, onboarding, evaluating and offboarding of the staff - Facilitate teamwork, ensure smooth communication and provide feedback - Develop your team by coaching and delegating effectively - Maximize effectiveness in resource allocation and workload management (including in the Time sheets and ERP system) - Take care of the talent management by amongst others managing of training requirements and encouraging information & best practices sharing  Carrying out other duties as assigned REQUIRED SKILLS  Qualifications / diploma(s): Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Sciences or Engineering or equivalent experience.  Years of experience in the area: experience in leading highly sensitive production systems.  Languages: French and English fluent.
