Wat zal je moeten doen?

Als Packaging Officer Private Label ben jij de drijvende kracht achter de lancering van nieuwe producten en verpakkingen voor de retail- en foodservicemarkt. Je coördineert samen met de klant het volledige ontwikkelingsproces en bewaakt elke stap in de flow. • Je zorgt voor de coördinatie in de ontwikkeling van private label verpakkingen, m.a.w. dat alle departementen (kwaliteit, sales, drukker, ...) tijdig de nodige info aanleveren om aan de eisen van de klant te voldoen.
• Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor klanten binnen jouw toegewezen markt en onderhoudt het klantencontact over alle verpakkingsgerelateerde zaken.
• Je bekijkt samen met collega’s (oa kwaliteit) het aangeleverde artwork met een scherp oog; staat alles nauwkeurig op vlak van tekst en visuals?
• Je werkt nauw samen met drukkers, prepress, ontwerpers en leveranciers om tot een verpakking te komen die technisch en commercieel klopt.

Wie zoeken wij?

• Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en weet prioriteiten te stellen.
• Je bent het administratieve en coördinerende aanspreekpunt.
• Je bent klantgericht en kan vlot communiceren tussen interne teams en externe partners.
• Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met ERP-systemen of verpakkingssoftware, maar is niet noodzakelijk.
