Jouw rol

Als Ecommerce & Digital Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor de digitale groei en merkontwikkeling van Häfele Belgium. Je ontwikkelt en implementeert de lokale marketingstrategie in lijn met de internationale richtlijnen, in nauwe afstemming met interne stakeholders en de West-Europese organisatie.

Je neemt het voortouw in e-commerceoptimalisatie, contentstrategie en digitale performantie, en vertaalt data naar concrete verbeteracties.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

1. Digitale groei & e-commerce

• Ontwikkelen en implementeren van een digitaal verbeterprogramma gericht op e-commercegroei, conversieoptimalisatie en klantbeleving.
• Optimaliseren van website en webshop (UX, navigatie, content, landingspagina’s).
• Initiëren en coördineren van SEO- en SEA-strategieën in samenwerking met interne en internationale partners.
• Opzetten en begeleiden van A/B-testen, personalisatie-initiatieven en UX-verbeteringen.
• Analyseren van prestaties en conversies via onder meer Google Analytics 4 en andere analysetools.
• Optimaliseren van online campagnes met focus op de eigen Häfele-productlijnen (OHA).

2. Contentmanagement & marketingautomatisatie

• Fungeren als lokale eindverantwoordelijke voor het Content Management Systeem (CMS) en bewaken van consistente, kwaliteitsvolle content.
• Ondersteunen en begeleiden van lokale CMS-gebruikers.
• Optimaliseren en automatiseren van contentprocessen via het Product Information Management (PIM)-systeem.
• Ontwikkelen en bewaken van de SEO-strategie voor maximale online zichtbaarheid.
• Waarborgen van een consistente merkidentiteit over alle communicatiekanalen (website, sociale media, campagnes en drukwerk).

3. Analyse & optimalisatie

• Monitoren van de ROI van campagnes en marketingactiviteiten.
• Opstellen van rapportages en formuleren van aanbevelingen ter ondersteuning van continue verbetering.
• Proactief signaleren van opportuniteiten voor digitale innovatie en procesoptimalisatie.

4. Marketing & communicatie

• Aansturen en inspireren van het lokale marketingteam en nauw samenwerken met product management, sales en internationale collega’s.
• Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van de marketingstrategie voor de Belgische markt, conform de internationale richtlijnen en in afstemming met interne stakeholders.
• Plannen en coördineren van online en offline campagnes, events en beurzen.
• Uitbouwen van sterke PR- en communicatie-initiatieven richting klanten, partners en interne stakeholders.

Jouw profiel

• Bachelor- of masterdiploma in marketing, communicatie of een gelijkwaardige richting.
• Minimaal 8 tot 10 jaar ervaring in B2B-marketing, digitale marketing en e-commerce.
• Sterke expertise in digitale marketing, SEO/SEA, UX en marketing automation.
• Ervaring met CMS-systemen (OpenText of FirstSpirit is een plus) en PIM-systemen.
• Analytisch sterk en tegelijk creatief, met een duidelijke focus op resultaat en klantbeleving.
