What does working as a Microsoft Data Engineer involve? We are wizards who turn data into knowledge. We work as consultants for various clients (and sectors) – partly on-site/partly from home – to assist them with Microsoft data solutions. Voor de fabriek van Danone te Rotselaar, gespecialiseerd in drink- en roeryoghurts, zoeken we een gedreven procesoperator vroege/late. Je zal aan de slag gaan in de MAKE afdeling. Hier gaat de yoghurt aangemaakt worden via een geautomatiseerd proces.

Je taken zijn onder andere:

• de bewaking en opvolging van het geautomatiseerd proces dat de drinkyoghurt aanmaakt
• je volgt dit proces zowel via computer (bv vullen van de tanks) als manueel en visueel in de productie zelf (hoe worden de tanks gevuld)
• je zorgt voor de correcte ontvangst van de grondstoffen (zowel via computer als manueel)
• je voert de kwaliteitscontroles adhv staalnames en gaat melk bacteriën toevoegen
• je zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige planning van de producten om bederving tegen te gaan (hierbij hou je rekening met de houdbaarheid van de producten)

Als Deskundige elektriciteit & elektronica - EBS (project Elektrische Bus Systemen)werk je binnen dienst expertise Elektriciteit & Elektronica en volg je de nieuwe technologieën op de voet op omtrent elektrische bussen, batterijtechnologie, laadinfrastructuur en de gerelateerde communicatiestandaarden. Stilstaan is geen optie!

Je werkzaamheden als Deskundige elektriciteit & elektronica - EBS:

• Gebruiken van eigen expertise om bij te dragen aan wederkerende of meer complexe diagnose- en herstelproblematieken van voertuigen, batterijen en laadinfrastructuur.
• Ondersteunen bij het opzetten en in stand houden van een systeem voor datacaptatie en data-analyse uit voertuigen, omtrent batterijen, en laadinfrastructuur en ondersteunende systemen.
• Het interpreteren van de data analyses (rond performance voertuigen, optimale inzet elektrische voertuigen, performance laadprocessen, …), het identificeren van mogelijke problemen en het voorstellen van verbeteringstrajecten voor.•Actief bijdragen aan de configuratie en de implementatie van de PSI toepassing die de depot- en laadprocessen ondersteunt.
• Samenbrengen van experts van verschillende kennisdomeinen om complexe vraagstukken rond batterij laadgedrag, levensduur en oa voertuiginzet te beantwoorden.
• Coachen en begeleiden van collega’s van het expertisecentrum E/E en de EBS centrale(technische dispatch ‘elektrisch voertuigen’).

• Levert vanuit de eigen expertise elementen aan (bvb. richtlijnen rond onderhoud van specifieke componenten) voor het opmaken van onderhoudsplannen teneinde het percentage correctief onderhoud te doen dalen.
• Instaan voor het detecteren, borgen en uitdragen van de opgebouwde kennis over innovaties en over bestaande goede praktijken.
• Ondersteunen van de business als Expert gebruiker voor servicemanagementtools en de PSI applicatie die de depot- en laadprocessen ondersteunt.
• Vertalen van milieu- en veiligheidsvoorschriften naar de praktijk
• Instaan voor het plannen van de life cycle cost ivm E/E van het voertuigenpark, ondersteunen van het inplannen van de budgetten.

Op basis van jouw terreinervaring, feedback van de gebruiker en de technische marktverkenning lever je input voor het opmaken van standaarden. Je bent de technische coördinator van complexe projecten rond optimalisatie en herstel van voertuigen, batterijen en laadsystemen en dit zowel bij uitvoering door derden als in eigen beheer. Je bent de technische contracteigenaar van de grote contracten voor onderhoud of herstel, hierin ondersteund door een medewerker en/of specialist.

What does your day look like?

Main objectives

• You support or lead engineering projects on insulated panel lines and single skin production lines.
• You initiate, deploy and sign off process and efficiency improvement modifications to manufacturing systems.
• You carry out design and testing tasks linked to project proposals.
• You support the local engineering and production teams during major breakdowns or faults, often at short notice.

Main responsibilities

• You execute specific engineering tasks assigned by the Group Senior Controls Engineer.
• You provide software and electrical engineering input to divisional project and design teams.

QA release Specialist is an exempt level position with responsibilities for providing quality oversight over the production of a personalized cell therapy to support both clinical and commercial requirements in a sterile GMP environment. This includes paper/electronic batch record reviews related to the manufacturing of viral vector and autologous CAR-T products for clinical trials and commercial operation in a controlled cGMP cleanroom environment. Job duties are performed within a team according to an assigned, production shift schedule.

• Reviews documentation for all manufacturing activity execution in accordance with good documentation practices.
• Independently executes paper/electronic batch record review associated with commercial; development; and engineering production.
• Performs duties under limited supervision and according to standard operating and manufacturing procedures.
• Contributes to process improvement of batch records and turnaround times to ensure turnaround times and QA batch disposition deadlines.
• Collaborates within Manufacturing to resolve batch record discrepancies or errors as it relates to Good Documentation Practices or Manufacturing Execution System (MES) inventory.
• Implements appropriate corrective and preventive actions by investigating non-conformances in a timely manner.
• Strive to reduce non-conformances in supported areas by dedicatedly driving compliance.
