Europass and EURES become stronger together with one goal – better supporting job seekers!
Europass and EURES are strengthening their connection, bringing jobseekers registered on Europass even closer to new opportunities! As of 31 March 2025, jobseeker accounts and the CV builder will no longer be available on the EURES portal. EURES job seekers were invited to transfer their CVs to Europass or to renew their profiles directly in Europass and seamlessly share them with EURES.
This change marks an important step forward in the commitment to enhancing jobseeker services and streamlining European digital tools for employment and mobility. By consolidating their profiles on Europass, jobseekers will benefit from a more efficient, user-friendly, and interconnected experience across both platforms.
With just one profile, users can access all the tools and services available on Europass, making their job search more effective and personalized. This enhanced interconnectivity ensures a smoother experience, allowing jobseekers to:
Build and manage their profile, CV, and cover letter in multiple languages.
Explore free tools and resources to highlight their skills.
Record their experiences, qualifications, and achievements in a structured way.
Search for learning opportunities to further develop their competencies.
Manage their applications efficiently.
EURES will continue to operate as a comprehensive job and CV database and jobseekers who share their Europass profiles remain visible to EURES employers and advisers.
As Europass celebrates its 20th anniversary this year, this collaboration with EURES is yet another step toward fostering growth, innovation, and stronger connections to create a world of opportunities for job seekers across Europe!
