You are a trained chef with at least 2 years of experience in busy and well-established restaurants

You are confident working independently in the kitchen and able to manage shifts alone during low season

You are comfortable working evenings, as we operate dinner service only
You are fluent in English

Main Responsibilities
Ensuring daily operations including prep, daily plans, inventory management, cooking, plating dishes etc.
Be an integral part of developing new dishes - we expect and support your creative initiatives!
Give guidance to kitchen assistants, ensuring food quality and service flow
Fellow and optimize the standard operational procedures
Ad hoc tasks in the kitchen

Skipper Clement International School

A great opportunity to work in a European country with international colleagues. Skipper Clement is an established Danish private school of 880 students, 260 students being in the International line. Students are aged 5 to 17 years and come from all over the world. In addition to working with a strong group of international teachers, you will be able to participate fully in Danish life and culture and work within a Danish school. Aalborg has 200,000 residents, and lies on the Limfjord in Nordjylland. It is an attractive, enjoyable, clean and well provisioned city.
In the International line we use Cambridge International Examinations curriculum and exams. (www.cambridgeinternational.org). This post is open to newly trained teachers, we can provide an experienced mentor for you. You will work in Key Stage 2 (Years 4, 5 and 6) In addition to being a strong teacher of the core subjects (English, mathematics and Science) we are looking for a teacher with a passion for teaching art, music and/or drama.
You should
1. Be a qualified teacher
2. Be a mother tongue English speaker
3. Have EU citizenship or a work visa for Denmark.
4. Have experience/interest in Key Stage 2.
