Manpower Permanent Placement, is recruiting on behalf of one of its clients, a fast-growing company with a strong start-up mindset, for a Social Media Manager (M/F/X), on a permanent contract.
This is a key strategic role offering the opportunity to lead global social media initiatives and drive brand engagement across multiple platforms and international markets.

Your Responsibilities
• As Social Media Manager, you will play a central role in shaping and executing the company's global social media presence
• Define and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with global brand and business objectives.
• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of social media ( 4 people) and content specialists.
• Collaborate closely with local and international teams to ensure content relevance, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify emerging trends, influencers, and platform opportunities to maximize visibility, engagement, and growth.
• Oversee content calendars, publishing schedules, paid social campaigns, and community management.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior management.
• Actively participate in company events and key initiatives to amplify social media impact and storytelling.
Your Profile
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in social media management, ideally within a creative agency or an international brand environment.
• Strong expertise in major social media platforms and their algorithms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Proven success in growing large-scale communities and delivering high-performing or viral content.
• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using social media and project management tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Asana).
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a strong asset.
• Previous leadership or team management experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally in an international context.
