WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Seasonal Sales Advisor at H&M, you'll play a key role in creating an outstanding customer experience. You'll welcome customers, guide them through your store, and support them in finding what they need while showcasing our products. You will:

This is a temporary position for summer (June - August) offering 10-20 hours a week with onboarding from May. This position is based at H&M Alti Storkaia in Kristiansund. You should be able to work during store opening hours. Language skills in local language or English is needed.

You will work in a fast-paced cross-functional team. As a Backend engineer, you will be a key contributor to building and managing our services, ensuring secure and scalable solutions. Our cloud runs on AWS, and the infrastructure is written in Terraform.
Qualifications & Skills
You are an awesome programmer and have good experience with Kotlin/Java.
Preferably, you have a master’s or a bachelor’s in software engineering or similar.
You have at least 3 years of experience as a developer.
You have experience working in agile cross-functional teams, you share your opinions, collaborate closely with product as well as other team members.
You have opinions on best practices when it comes to development methodologies, testing and code quality.
You care about building the right thing and want to explore and test use cases together with the rest of the team.
It’s a big plus to have knowledge of Kafka and AWS services configured by Terraform.

You will work in a fast paced cross functional team. As a Software Engineer - Data you will be a key contributor to our data platform and algorithms used both internally and in our products. Our data platform is built on AWS using services like Glue, Athena, Lakeformation and Airflow.
Our Infrastructure is written in Terraform.
You are an awesome programmer and have good experience with Python, Kotlin, SQL.
You enjoy working with algorithms, statistics, mathematical problems, data quality; maintaining and improving a fast growing data platform.
Preferably, you have a master’s or a bachelor’s in software engineering or similar.
You have at least 4 years of experience as a developer.
You have experience with working in agile cross functional teams, you share your opinions, collaborate closely with product as well as other team members.
You have opinions on best practices when it comes to development methodologies, testing and code quality.
You care about building the right thing and want to explore and test use-cases together with the rest of the team.
It’s a plus to have knowledge with Kafka, Ray, Spark.
