MATHIEU 1er étage Rythme de travail (Jour / Nuit / Alternance) : Alternance J/N en 12h (7h-19h / 19h-7h) Que ce soit en service de médecine, réadaptation ou de chirurgie, en soins intensifs / réanimation ou au sein d'un plateau technique interventionnel, en consultations adultes et pédiatriques ou en hôpital de jour, le pôle Cardio-Médico-Chirurgical vous offre l'opportunité d'expériences professionnelles riches et diversifiées, centrées autour de l'appareil cardio-vasculaire et thoracique. Un accompagnement et parcours de montée en compétences vous seront proposés pour une prise de poste en toute sécurité. Possibilités de journées d'immersions et mobilités intra-pôle pour construire un véritable parcours professionnel. De nombreux projets autour de la qualité de vie et des conditions de travail animent notre quotidien (séances de sport, groupes de travail, soirées Afterwork, vis ma vie interservices, immersions et formations, etc). Le service : Situé au 1er étage de l'Ilm, le service se décompose en 2 unités que sont l'Unité de Soins Continus Médicaux (USCM) et la Médecine Intensive et Réanimation de Brabois (MIRB). Les équipes médicales et paramédicales sont mutualisées au sein de ces 2 unités voisines et en lien direct. Les patients accueillis souffrent de défaillances multiviscérales nécessitant des techniques de suppléances telles que les ECMO, ventilation mécanique, monitorage invasif, etc... L'effectif jour se compose de 6 IDE et 4 AS pour 14 patients en MIRB et de 2 IDE et 2 AS pour 8 patients en USCM (6 IDE / 2 AS MIRB nuit 2 IDE / 1 AS USCM nuit). We are looking for an **IT System Architect (d/f/m) for Avionics to join us in Hamburg. In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between engineering needs and IT execution. Joining our Flight Test and Avionics department, you will lead the architecture for Method and Tool projects, guiding the design of the embedded computers that define the future of flight. Your location You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Design sustainable migration paths to transition critical legacy systems into modern target architectures, ensuring full alignment with current security standards. - Anticipate future needs including Cloud migration, Microsoft decommissioning, and innovative approaches like Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence. - Drive consistency across IT products by defining models and architecture patterns to foster reuse. - Ensure service quality by effectively liaising with external providers and stakeholders within Agile ceremonies. Desired skills and qualifications - Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field. - Profound experience in IT Architecture description and modeling (TOGAF, Archimate) using tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect. - Technical knowledge of DevOps concepts, AWS, Cloud, and Cybersecurity. - Functional expertise in embedded computers design and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM/ALM). - Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive improvements in complex, multi-cultural environments. - Analytical mindset with a focus on quality deliverables and problem-solving. - Language skills: Advanced level of English and French is required.
