What you’ll do

Translate the global campaign calendar into high-impact CRM executions, ensuring consistent quality, strong testing practices, and continuous follow-up and optimization.

As Operational Marketing Project Manager at H&M Beauty, you will work in an entrepreneurial environment, where a flexible and prestige-less mindset is key. The marketing team at H&M Beauty work closely together to achieve success, with many exciting projects in the pipeline for the year ahead. Your responsibilities as Marketing Project Manager will include, but not be limited to:
Overall responsibility from creative brief to launch for all H&M Beauty private label product launches and campaigns, produced together with the Beauty team at H&M Studios.
Lead the creative brief to H&M Studios, support the set‑up of the Beauty Marketing team, secure alignment across all channels and oversee post‑production.
In collaboration with the social and influencer team at H&M Beauty, project manage productions; from brief, agreements, planning, production, budget and time plan to postproduction of assets. Projects will vary in size, from large campaigns to smaller marketing activities.
Responsible for content management by ensuring all asset needs are clearly briefed and maintaining a clear overview of all produced content per period.
Work closely with other functions within H&M Beauty as well as the central marketing department at H&M.
Delivery: Effectively manage projects and teams to deliver excellent results on time and within budget.
Follow‑up: Analyse timelines, project plans and results to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and marketing activities.
