Job Description - Drive new business acquisition by identifying and securing new dealer and OEM partners across the region. - Proactively analyze the market to uncover untapped opportunities and expansion areas. - Lead the recruitment and onboarding of new dealers, assessing their commercial, service, and financial capabilities. - Build strong relationships with newly acquired partners to establish and grow sales performance. - Develop and execute growth-focused sales and market entry strategies with new partners. - Actively pursue new OEM collaborations to expand market presence and revenue streams. - Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify further business development opportunities. - Work with internal teams to ensure successful integration and support for new partners. - Manage and lead a small team of direct reports, driving performance and business growth. The Successful Applicant - At least 5 years of sales experience, ideally within an OEM or dealer network environment. - Essential experience in the marine industry with strong market knowledge. - Fluent in Dutch and English. - Previous team management experience with the ability to lead and develop direct reports. - Strong relationship-building skills with dealers, partners, and customers. - Commercially focused with good financial and business planning understanding. - Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently. - Willing and able to travel regularly within the region.
