Rattaché(e) au Responsable Maintenance, vous devez : 

• Réaliser la maintenance et le dépannage des installations techniques du bâtiment
• Intervenir sur les systèmes de chauffage, ventilation et climatisation (CVC)
• Diagnostiquer les pannes et optimiser les performances des équipements
• Suivre et coordonner les interventions des entreprises externes
• Garantir la conformité réglementaire et l’application des procédures QSHE
• Participer aux projets d’amélioration continue et d’aménagement du site

Votre profil :

• Formation technique en maintenance, électromécanique ou bâtiment
• Expérience confirmée en maintenance bâtiment et installations CVC
• Bonne maîtrise des installations techniques et lecture de plans
• Habilitations BA4/BA5, nacelle et chariot élévateur, ou volonté de les obtenir
• Autonome, rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et orienté(e) terrain
• Sens des responsabilités, de la sécurité et du travail bien fait

If you prefer working at the office, you are more than welcome to work in our offices of Wommelgem and/or Den Bosch too!

The job

Your to do list will have a lot of variety, but these are some of the tasks that will regularly come back:

• Training & supporting our customers
• Onboarding of new customers
• Assisting candidates that have problems while applying online
• Managing & updating our online knowledge base/help center
• Delivering ad hoc support to CVWarehouse recruitment projects
• Small translations
• Doing everything that needs to be done to keep all stakeholders happy
