R&D Engineer (Battery Characterization) Are you someone who speaks "Electrochemistry" as a second language? Do you find the perfect charge-discharge curve more satisfying than a morning coffee? If you are a lab-savvy engineer who bridges the gap between deep science and industrial reality, we want to talk to you. The Role: We are looking for an R&D Engineer to join our team and take the lead on in-depth and functional battery characterizations. This isn't just about running tests; it's about understanding the "consensus" behind the data. You will be the bridge between our synthesis lab and our final performance targets, providing critical feedback to optimize materials and refine our processes. Required Expertise: o Proven laboratory experience with a focus on battery technologies. About Granode Materials: Granode develops a disruptive technology in development of the silicon graphite composites, using widely available/cheap metallurgical micro-silicon without the use of hazardous gases such as silane etc. Granode’s anode composite promotes a drop-in solution compatible with conventional battery making technology with verified electrochemical performance over the battery life-cycle. As usage of the lithium-ion batteries (LiBs) multiplies, the specific requirements for higher energy density of the operating devices such as electric vehicles and the unmanned aviation is becoming more pronounced. Whilst the market for LiBs is experiencing drastic growth (27% per annum), the issues regarding sufficient energy density, availability of the raw materials and high costs are indeed critical drags for wide implementation and sustainable growth of such industry mainly in Europe. The unique anode technology developed at Granode offers significant improvement in the capacity and energy density of the LiBs compared to conventional graphite. Appointment and salary will be in accordance with the Ministry of Taxation’s agreement with the Danish Confederation of Professional Associations (AC) and job structure for academic staff at universities.

Jag är en kvinna på 55 år som sitter i rullstol sedan 13 år tillbaka och har hjälp av assistent alla dagar i veckan mellan kl.07:00-23:00. Jag bedriver min egen assistans och har behov av 1-3 deltidsassistenter. De flesta arbetspassen är förlagda i Lund men vissa är på annan ort vilket innebär att du behöver körkort och bil för att ta dig till arbetsplatsen dessa gånger. Dessutom ingår det körning när vi är iväg. Arbetet som min personliga assistent går ut på att du ska vara mina händer och göra det jag skulle gjort både med det kroppsliga och i hemmet. Det ingår jobb med det intima och även förflyttningar. Tvätt, städ, inhandling och matlagning mm. Jag behöver också hjälp med min hund. Vid enstaka tillfällen behöver jag hjälp några dagar i sträck på t.ex. arbetsresa. Jag jobbar 75% och lever ett aktivt liv på min fritid, dels med träning/idrott dels i mitt sociala umgänge där du som assistent följer med på det som planeras. Jag söker en glad och positiv person som har förmåga att ta initiativ samt tycker om att ta ansvar. Du ska ha lätt för-och vilja att lära dig nya saker så att mina rutiner och behov säkerställs. Noggrannhet, säkerhet och att vara ansvarsfull är en självklarhet för dig. La fonction

• Vous faites la démonstration de l'application des produits et systèmes Sto dans toutes leurs facettes.
• Vous transmettez régulièrement des informations techniques correctes à tous les publics-cibles, en mettant l'accent sur le respect des règles de l'art. 
• Vous êtes l'interlocuteur central pour le conseil technique dans la pratique.
• Vous incarnez notre vision: Bâtir en responsable.
• En tant que conseiller technique/démonstrateur, vous donnez dans votre région de Bruxelles et la Wallonie toutes les instructions techniques adéquates concernant les techniques de pose des produits et systèmes Sto.
• Votre public-cible est d'abord externe (p.ex. façadiers-applicateurs, architectes...), mais aussi interne (p.ex. équipe commerciale).
• Vous êtes habilité à recueillir toutes les informations nécessaires pour accomplir ces tâches.
• Dans cette fonction, vous rapportez au Technical Manager.

 

Vos missions

• Vous maîtrisez l'application manuelle et mécanique des systèmes enduits sur isolant.
• Vous assurez la partie pratique des formations et démos données aux plâtriers-applicateurs.
• Vous donnez des instructions sur les chantiers, en illustrant le professionnalisme et la discipline.
• Vous connaissez les facteurs critiques pour la bonne application des produits et systèmes; à l'aide d'instructions ciblées, vous contribuez à améliorer l'application. Vous adoptez une position technique claire, que vous communiquez au client et au représentant de la région. 
• Vous constituez des échantillons (pour les salons, projets...).
• Vous observez et vous étudiez les développements techniques du bâtiment; vous participez aux essais des développements internes.
• Vous prenez part aux réunions internes et formations.
• Vous êtes prêt à assumer toute autre tâche relevant par sa nature de vos missions ou rendue nécessaire par les circonstances.

Région d'emploi:

• Vous travaillez dans la Wallonie.
• Il y a aussi un StoShop à Liège. Celui-ci peut également servir de base de repli, par exemple pour les rendez-vous et les formations avec les clients.
• Le siège social est à Asse (Brabant flamand, à côté de Bruxelles).

Compétences requises :

• Vous maîtrisez les techniques de base pour réaliser des enduits extérieurs.
• Vous avez au minimum 5 ans d'expérience pratique dans la réalisations d'enduits de façade / dans l'application de crépi.
• Vous avez une solide connaissance de base en construction gros œuvre.
• Vous êtes orienté client.
• Vous avez une très bonne maîtrise de la langue française et vous vous situez de préférence au centre de la région.
• Flexibilité, pro-activité et le sens de l'initiative sont des qualités dont vous disposez.
• Vous êtes capable de travailler de manière autonome, mais vous avez aussi l'esprit d'équipe.
• Vous avez une connaissance de base de Microsoft Outlook et Word.

 

Ce qui suit est un atout, mais pas une obligation :

• Vous avez une connaissance de base du néerlandais.
• Vous avez l'expérience dans la formation ou l'accompagnement de nouveaux employés / clients.
• Vous avez d'expérience professionnelle en peinture ou revêtements de sol.

• Tu as un diplôme de bachelier assistant·e social·e.
• Si tu as une expérience professionnelle dans un service similaire, c'est un atout important.
• Tu maîtrises le français. Si tu as une bonne connaissance de l'anglais et/ou du néerlandais, c'est un atout !
• Tu connais les droits des étrangers et les droits sociaux.
• Tu es à l'aise avec les outils informatiques tels que Microsoft 365. Si tu maîtrises le logiciel Opale, c'est un atout.
