In this role, you combine in‑depth electrical engineering expertise with leading a team of field engineers. You are the go‑to expert for complex malfunctions, system analyses, and technical escalations - both internally and externally. As a Technical Service Manager, you are responsible for the technical execution and content‑driven leadership of our service organization (70% technical, 30% managerial). You support and guide a team of Field Service Engineers, tackle complex technical issues yourself, and translate insights from the field into improvements for engineering and R&D. Your responsibilities: - Providing technical leadership and coaching to the field service team. - Independently analyzing and resolving complex issues in battery systems, PLC‑controlled systems, and integrated installations. - Acting as a technical sparring partner for engineering and R&D. - Monitoring technical quality, including first‑time‑fix rates and failure trend analysis. - Ensuring fast and technically sound handling of malfunctions and warranty claims. - Contributing to technical customer trainings, documentation, and procedures. - Reporting service status and improvement proposals to the Manager Projects & Service.
