Role Summary

Scania Occupational Health Provider in Södertälje is now seeking an Occupational Nurse who wants to work both operationally and consultatively with our internal customers. As an Occupational Nurse, you will work in a consultative role with a strong customer and business focus. You will operate at the individual, group, and organizational levels and collaborate closely with other occupational health professionals.
Job Responsibilities
Work consultatively with customers, providing occupational health expertise at individual, team, and organizational levels.
Collaborate proactively with customers to identify and mitigate workplace risks while promoting a safe, healthy, and inclusive work environment.
Support rehabilitation and return-to-work processes through clinical expertise and effective stakeholder management.
Conduct occupational health consultations and assessments with employees.
Deliver high-quality support and advice through telephone and call centre services.
Participate in daytime emergency response activities and provide crisis intervention support during critical incidents.
Act as a trusted advisor to managers, offering guidance on occupational health and employee wellbeing matters.
Plan, develop, and deliver training sessions, workshops, and presentations related to occupational health.
Conduct pre-employment medical assessments, health surveillance, and statutory medical examinations.
Lead and contribute to internal projects focused on service development, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
Who You Are
We are looking for a Registered Occupational Nurse or a Registered Nurse with experience in occupational health services who is passionate about promoting health, well-being, and preventive care in the workplace.
As a person, you are proactive, relationship-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality support and guidance. You enjoy working independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across the organization.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
A valid nursing qualification and registration as an Occupational Nurse or Registered Nurse
Experience in occupational health services or a strong interest in workplace health and well-being
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and establish positive relationships
A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently and take initiative
A commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and service improvement
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Good digital literacy and confidence using IT systems and Microsoft Office applications
This Is Us
Scania Occupational Health Provider is an internal support organization and forms part of Scania’s global HSE organization (Health, Safety & Environment). The service consists of four multidisciplinary teams of occupational health nurses, occupational physicians, and psychologists operating in Södertälje, Oskarshamn, and Luleå. You will become part of one of the teams in Södertälje and will also work closely with ergonomists and work environment engineers to support our customers.

Assembleren: Je assembleert slagbomen nauwkeurig volgens technische tekeningen, werkbonnen en montage-instructies.
Montage: Je monteert mechanische onderdelen zoals motoren, slagboomarmen, behuizingen en bevestigingsmaterialen.
Kwaliteitscontrole: Je controleert afgewerkte producten op kwaliteit en zorgt ervoor dat ze voldoen aan de vooropgestelde normen.
Verbeteringen signaleren: Je merkt afwijkingen tijdig op, denkt mee over oplossingen en draagt actief bij aan de optimalisatie van het productieproces.
Orde en veiligheid: Je zorgt voor een nette, veilige en georganiseerde werkplek en werkt volgens de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften.
Wie zoeken wij als mechanisch monteur?
Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd of beschikt over relevante ervaring in mechanische assemblage of montage
Je kan technische tekeningen en montage-instructies correct lezen en toepassen
Basiskennis van elektriciteit is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste
Je werkt nauwkeurig, kwaliteitsbewust en hebt oog voor detail
Je bent praktisch ingesteld, werkt graag met je handen en hebt een echte hands-on mentaliteit
Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband efficiënt functioneren
