DESCRIPTION DU POSTE [691ae71d11a14.jpg] EN TANT QUE MANAGER ENERGIE ET TECHNIQUE, VOUS SEREZ AMENÉ À RÉALISER LES MISSIONS DANS LES DOMAINES SUIVANTS : * Energie Manager - Participer à la mise en oeuvre du plan d'action performance énergétique, en tant qu'Energie Manager de la DRG : * Apporter son expertise dans le remplacement d'installations Chauffage Ventilation Climatisation (CVC) en tenant compte des problématiques maintenance et environnementale * Identifier les dérives de consommation et les sites énergivores * Piloter des études thermiques et proposer des investissements avec un objectif d'optimisation des consommations, de décarbonation et de réduction des coûts * Co construire un programme de régénération CVC * Réaliser un retour sur l'état d'avancement des projets de régénération CVC * Réaliser les fiches projets liées à décarbonation (sortie du fioul), Adaptation Changement Climatique (Pompes PASO) avec les ABE et mettre à jour très régulièrement les fichiers de suivi de tableau de bord * Piloter la démarche de changement de type gaz, Proposer un plan d'éradication du fluide R22 * Interface technique/maintenance avec projets : * S'assurer des entrées / sorties en périmètres travaux / maintenance / exploitation pour le périmètre gares * Rédiger les avis mainteneurs des projets émis sur le périmètre de responsabilité de la DRG * Assister les Unités Gare (UG) pour les avis, les entrées/sorties en périmètres travaux / maintenance / exploitation pour les projets les plus dimensionnants * Initier et suivre les démarches d'appel en garantie pour les désordres constatés après la mise en service * Contribuer aux missions du pôle FMT (mise à jour des bases, suivi des indicateurs, suivi de projets, analyse de rapports et documents...)
