Requirements: 13 years of experience in customer service, Hospitality / tourism / hotel front desk, and familiarity with booking systems. Fluent in English (required), additional languages are highly valued (especially Italian, French, Spanish, etc.). Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar tools).
