Your role and responsibilities;

  • Actively participate in aseptic and manual pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.

  • Perform production activities in controlled environments (Grade A/B/C/D), including spiking, media exchanges, cell culture activities and freezing of therapeutic products.
  • Execute thorough cleaning and disinfection of materials and equipment.
  • Support transitions between production zones, ensuring compliance and continuity.

This role is well suited for you if you:

  • Hold a secondary education diploma with relevant hands-on pharmaceutical experience, or
  • Are a recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field, and preferably already have experience in cleanroom, pharmaceutical production or chemical environments.
  • Have a strong sense of responsibility and are motivated to make a meaningful difference for patients.
  • Value structure, order and strict adherence to procedures, and are comfortable working in aseptic environments with sterile gowning.
  • Communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Enjoy working in team-based environments, have strong attention to detail and consistently follow procedures.
