Concernant le rôle :

Vous contribuerez aux opérations de fabrication biotechnologique, de la préparation des milieux et tampons à la culture et purification des biomolécules, dans le respect des standards qualité, sécurité et réglementaires.  

 

Vous travaillerez avec :

Vous intégrerez une équipe compétente et dynamique et interagirez quotidiennement avec l’ensemble des fonctions en charge du développement de notre nouvelle usine de production biotech.

 

Vos activités :

• Réaliser les opérations de production conformément aux procédures

Descriptif du poste: Fed Supply, cabinet de recrutement spécialisé, recherche pour son client, un laboratoire pharmaceutique en forte croissance ayant un rayonnement international, un Coordinateur Supply Chain & Distribution Europe dans le cadre d'un CDI. Le poste est basé à Villeurbanne et accessible en TCL. Rattaché à la Responsable ADV et flux logistiques, vous coordonnez l'activité des partenaires logistiques européens de votre portefeuille afin de garantir la disponibilité des produits et la fiabilité des flux de distribution vers les clients (principalement des grossistes, ainsi que des hôpitaux et pharmacies). Véritable « tour de contrôle » des activités logistiques et ADV externalisées dans les pays concernés, vous pilotez la relation avec les dépositaires en animant les échanges opérationnels, en suivant les performances et en contribuant à leur amélioration continue. Ce pilotage s'appuie notamment sur l'analyse quotidienne des données de ventes et de stocks, dont vous êtes responsable de la bonne intégration dans les outils. Responsable de la chaîne logistique aval sur votre périmètre, vous constituez le point de contact principal des clients pour la résolution des problématiques opérationnelles. Vous développez également des relations privilégiées avec les clients clés (approche KAM), afin de mieux comprendre les enjeux spécifiques de chaque marché. Enfin, vous pouvez intervenir sur des projets transverses, notamment lors de l'intégration de nouveaux produits ou dans le cadre de l'évolution des outils et des processus. Profil recherché: De formation Ingénieur ou Ecole de commerce avec une spécialisation Supply Chain, vous avez une expérience d'au moins 3 ans dans le pilotage de prestataires 3PL ou dépositaires et la gestion de la distribution dans l'univers pharmaceutique, cosmétique ou agroalimentaire. Vous parlez couramment anglais et vous avez une excellente connaissance d'Excel (TCD, VBA, Power Query.) Doté d'une grande rigueur et de transparence dans votre travail, vous alliez dynamisme et aisance relationnelle pour interagir efficacement avec vos interlocuteurs. Votre agilité vous permet de vous adapter rapidement et de prioriser vos actions dans un contexte exigeant et évolutif.
