Bij kringwinkel ’t rad bepaal je mee het aanbod van betaalbare, herbruikbare textiel, huisraad en elektro. De focus ligt voor jou op textiel. Dit doe je niet alleen maar met een team van een 40-tal medewerkers. Je beheert de voorraad, denkt mee over acties en stuurt je team naar succesvolle productie. Werken in een productie-omgeving, coachen van medewerkers en een rechtstreekse bijdrage aan het circulaire zijn hierbij de sleutelwoorden.

Als productieleider textiel ben je samen met het team verantwoordelijk voor het permanente en ruime aanbod van betaalbaar, herbruikbaar textiel. Je beheert de voorraad en denkt mee over acties waarmee je de productie kan sturen. Je coacht samen met je collega’s een team van 40 medewerkers. Je stuurt de dagelijkse werking zodanig dat continuït en output gegarandeerd blijven, ook bij wisselende bezetting. De werkverdeling pas je aan volgens de mogelijkheden van de werknemers. Vanuit de coachende rol zet je in op competentieversterking en groei van medewerkers met een afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt. Dit allemaal zonder de balans tussen begeleiding en productie uit het oog te verliezen.

The Faculty The Faculty of Technology and Society (TS) offers educations and research in computer science and media technology as well as engineering, natural sciences and applied mathematics. A characteristic of our research and teaching is the engagement of companies and other organizations as active participants. The faculty is located in Malmö city close to the Malmö central station. The Department The Department of Materials Science and Applied Mathematics unite interdisciplinary education and research in mainly three areas: engineering, natural science and mathematics. Three engineering programmes at bachelor level are offered: Building Engineering, Mechanical and Materials Engineering and Product Development and Design. In addition, the Science and Technology Foundation Year programme is offered. A programme on master level, Computational Materials Science, will be offered from autumn 2019.
