A Snapshot of Your Day  The role of PMO for the GT DS leader (Vice President of Digital Services in GT) ensures coordination and success within the Grid Technologies Business Area. The main objective of an GT DS PMO is to provide transparency, flag risks but also coordinate activities around the major digital projects of, building a bridge between the project teams and leaders. The role will be is divided into three core areas: Project monitoring, coordination & delivery for the major digital platforms of GT (S4E, Janus, MES, Salesforce etc), manage the adoption of digital solutions in collaboration with the GT business entities, and support of the GT DS team to enable business leadership and digital transformation. She/He acts as an interface between business entities, project teams and the GT DS organization, but also with the external Service Providers and the Corporate Departments (e.g. DC). How You’ll Make an Impact   * This contains monitoring the progress and completion of deliverables at deadlines, creating transparency on risk and achievements incl. escalating when necessary, identifying gaps and initiate solutions, preparing reviews and communication. * Maintain an execution roadmap and productivity reporting for the overarching project portfolio (distinct and non-distinct) in close collaboration with the GT DS GDA team. * Co-develop a GT DS strategy increasing productivity and performance, consolidating already identified measures as well as AI echnology, and including KPI. Support its execution through the translation into OKR and drive its execution using monitoring tools. * Support and coordinate budgeting and financial reporting activities, supporting and closely collaborating with FIN partner. * Drive change management in daily activities of GT DS (employees, tools), with a strong focus on AI. What You Bring  * University degree in information technology, computer science or related fields. Als teamleider Digitale Meterketting ben je verantwoordelijk voor de operationele werking en verdere optimalisatie van de systemen die de Digitale Meterketting ondersteunen. De digitale meterketting is de volledige weg die meetgegevens afleggen: van de digitale watermeter bij de klant, via verschillende systemen, tot bij de toepassingen en medewerkers die de gegevens gebruiken voor beheer en facturatie. Je vormt daarbij de schakel tussen de business, ICT, eindgebruikers en externe partners. Je geeft operationeel leiding aan een team van 2 tot 5 medewerkers.

• Je stuurt een team van 2 tot 5 medewerkers operationeel aan. Je verdeelt het werk, stelt prioriteiten, begeleidt medewerkers bij complexe opdrachten en stimuleert hun ontwikkeling en samenwerking.
• Je bewaakt de operationele werking van de systemen die de Digitale Meterketting en de gekoppelde applicaties ondersteunen en zorgt ervoor dat de afgesproken serviceniveaus worden opgevolgd.
• Je organiseert en coördineert de eerste- en tweedelijnsondersteuning van eindgebruikers en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging van vragen, incidenten en problemen.
• Je volgt de dienstverlening van externe leveranciers op, bewaakt de gemaakte afspraken en SLA's en formuleert voorstellen om de samenwerking en dienstverlening verder te verbeteren.
• Je organiseert en leidt overleg met interne en externe partners en zorgt voor een goede afstemming, opvolging en terugkoppeling van gemaakte afspraken.
• Je werkt mee aan procesoptimalisaties en digitale verbeteringen en begeleidt de functionele analyse, testing en implementatie van nieuwe of gewijzigde functionaliteiten.
• Je bouwt expertise op binnen jouw domein en deelt deze kennis met medewerkers, collega's en andere betrokkenen, onder meer via overleg en opleidingen.
• Je waakt over een goede informatiedoorstroming en kennisdeling binnen het team en zorgt ervoor dat de werkzaamheden kwaliteitsvol en efficiënt worden uitgevoerd.

• Je hebt een grondige kennis van servicemanagementprocessen en begrijpt het belang van SLA's, incident- en probleembeheer.
• Je hebt ervaring met businessanalyse en het vertalen van gebruikersbehoeften naar functionele oplossingen.
• Je hebt een sterke analytische ingesteldheid en kunt complexe problemen structureren en tot een oplossing brengen.
• Je hebt inzicht in datamodelling alsook in functionele en technische analyse.
• Je hebt ervaring met project- en changemanagement en voelt je comfortabel in een omgeving waarin verschillende interne en externe partijen samenwerken.
• Je kunt vlot communiceren met zowel technische experten als businessgebruikers en weet verschillende belangen met elkaar te verbinden.
• Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, werkt zelfstandig en durft initiatief te nemen.
• Je vindt het motiverend om medewerkers te begeleiden, kennis te delen en een team mee te laten groeien.
• Je hebt ervaring met monitoringstools en kennis van de systemen binnen de digitale watermeterketting zoals SAP en/of MS Dynamics.
• Ervaring met data-analysetools zoals Databricks en Power BI is een troef.
• Ervaring met integratieprojecten en integratie technische opzet is een troef.

Waar kom je terecht?

Voor ons team Onderhoud Gebouwen en Terreinen zijn wij momenteel op zoek naar een technieker voor onze productieregio Mid-West, met als standplaats Kluizen.

Je rapporteert aan de Teamleider Onderhoud Gebouwen en Terreinen, die op zijn beurt rapporteert aan de Regiomanager Productie & Opslag.

Wat zal je doen?

Als Technieker Onderhoud Gebouwen en Terreinen ben je verantwoordelijk voor diverse onderhoudstaken aan:

• • productieterreinen: zoals omheiningen herstellen, wegenis herstellen en algemeen groenonderhoud
  • productiegebouwen: metselen, schilderen en herstellingen uitvoeren aan daken en sanitaire installaties.

Wie ben je en wat breng je mee?

• Je voldoet aan de formele deelnemingsvoorwaarden (rijbewijs, goed gedrag, medisch geschikt).
• Je hebt een kennis van veiligheids- en milieuvoorschriften.
• Je hebt kennis van de courante software voor het werken op pc.
• Je bent handig.
• Je kiest voor een fysieke job en beschikt over een goede conditie.
• Je hebt geen hoogtevrees.
• Je bent flexibel, klantgericht en bereid om af en toe dringende interventies te doen.
