XRM Solution Architect – Dynamics 365
Asgaard Recruitment is partnering with Wrist Ship Supply to find an experienced XRM Solution Architect who will take overall responsibility for the architecture, structure, and governance of the company’s upcoming global Dynamics 365 Sales platform.
This is a key role in a broader digital transformation, where data quality, standardisation, and consistent processes across 20+ countries are critical to success.
About the company
Wrist Ship Supply is a global provider to the shipping and offshore industries, with more than 30 locations across 20+ countries. The company is known for its high quality, reliability, and ability to manage complex international supply and logistics operations.
Wrist is currently undergoing a strategic digital transformation, where a new global XRM platform will play a central role in strengthening sales processes, relationships, data foundations, and decision-making across the organisation.
The role – strategic architecture with a global mandate
As XRM Solution Architect, you will take overall ownership of the architectural design, structure, and guiding principles for Wrist Ship Supply’s global XRM platform.
The platform will act as a unified relationship engine, supporting customers, suppliers, partnerships, and sales processes—closely integrated with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
You will join the Digital Architecture team, where architects operate as a cohesive unit, bridging business needs and technology solutions.
Your responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
Defining the overall XRM architecture, including data models, process principles, and governance

Setting the architectural direction for the implementation of the new XRM platform
Ensuring a robust and scalable integration between Dynamics 365 Sales and Dynamics 365 F&O
Facilitating workshops and architectural discussions with business stakeholders across countries
Documenting architecture, processes, data models, and key decisions
Contributing to the design of integrations between business systems
Driving change, adoption, and shared understanding through clear communication and stakeholder management
Your profile
You are an experienced Solution Architect with strong business acumen and solid technical insight into the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. You thrive as a trusted advisor, decision-maker, and architectural lead in complex, international environments.
You have a proven track record of designing and building XRM or solution landscapes—either from the ground up or through large-scale transformations—and are comfortable taking ownership of architecture, design principles, and key solution decisions.
You bring the credibility and authority needed to challenge external partners and vendors constructively, ensure solution quality, and maintain architectural direction. At the same time, you are able to balance business needs with technical possibilities and long-term sustainability.
We’re looking for someone who:
Has solid experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Has worked with XRM scenarios that go beyond traditional CRM
Has a strong understanding of customer data, pipeline governance, and process design
Has experience from larger, international, or matrix organisations
Is analytical, structured, and comfortable engaging with both business and IT stakeholders
Communicates confidently in both Danish and English
Experience with AX2012 is considered an advantage
What Wrist Ship Supply offers
This is a unique opportunity to shape a global XRM platform from the ground up, with significant influence on both process and technology choices.
In addition, they offer:
Close collaboration with business and technical teams globally
A strategic role with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility
A strong professional architecture environment
