Die internistische Abteilung ist klein, familiär und fachlich breit aufgestellt. Schwerpunkte liegen in den Bereichen Gastroenterologie, Rheumatologie, , nicht-invasive Kardiologie, Stoffwechselerkrankungen - vor allem Diabetes mellitus - und Pulmologie.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Oberärztliche Betreuung im Bereich der Inneren Medizin

* Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung von medizinischen und organisatorischen Veränderungsprozessen

* Supervision und Ausbildung von Assistenzärzt:innen

* Möglichkeit, zusätzliche Verantwortungsbereiche (z. B. Ausbildung, Dienstplan, Qualität) zu übernehmen

* Teilnahme an Diensten (ca. 4 Nachtdienste pro Monat à 25 Stunden)

Ihr Profil

* Anerkennung als Fachärztin Facharzt für Innere Medizin

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (mindestens 5 Jahre) im Fachgebiet, idealerweise in oberärztlicher oder stellvertretender Funktion

* Freude an Gestaltung, Prozessverbesserung und aktiver Mitarbeit im Change-Prozess

* Hands-on-Mentalität und Interesse daran, gemeinsam mit der Primaria das Krankenhaus in eine moderne Zukunft zu führen

* Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Hygieneausbildung oder zusätzliche Spezialisierungen sind von Vorteil
