The role is suited to someone who takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship, accuracy and attention to detail, and enjoys working with timber in a professional manufacturing environment. Duties and responsibilities for this role include: Assemble and produce custom timber products, doors and specialised joinery components. Accurately measure, cut, shape and fit timber components to technical drawings and specifications. Carry out detailed sanding, finishing, gap-filling and surface preparation to a high standard. Complete quality checks to ensure finished products meet required specifications and standards. Use hand tools, workshop equipment and adhesives safely and effectively. Maintain a clean, organised and safe workshop environment. - Work efficiently as part of a team while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy, quality and craftsmanship. Desired Experience: Proven 2 years of experience working as a Joiner, Carpenter or in a similar workshop-based timber manufacturing role, with experience working with timber products, joinery components and materials, and practical experience in the assembly, construction and finishing of timber products.
