Your tasks and responsibilities

The Position
We are looking for a Technical Specialist (m/f/d) for the Regional Customer Support Center (RCSC), based in Mannheim (Germany)*. On a daily basis, we support numerous customers from seven countries and provide remote, telephone and email support for inquiries, technical questions and complaints regarding our Roche analytical systems. The Opportunity
Our international Regional Customer Support Center (RCSC) is responsible for technical and application customer service for Roche analytical systems in in-vitro laboratory diagnostics. As an Technical Specialist (m/w/d), you will be the direct contact for inquiries from our customers in diagnostic laboratories and hospitals in the RCSC countries (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Greece and Turkey). Your main tasks are:
* You will support our customers in hospitals and diagnostic laboratories in the Netherlands and Belgium as well as colleagues in the field by telephone, digitally and via remote connection and support them from the acceptance of technical product problems to the derivation of suitable measures for problem solving.
* You identify the causes of product problems, work out solutions and initiate appropriate measures.
* You carefully document your activities in the supporting customer relationship management (CRM) system.
* You prepare product information and support the transfer of information to the customer and the exchange of knowledge within the organization.
* *We are flexible as to where you work. Your place of work can be Mannheim (Germany) or Almere (The Netherlands). In any case, you will actively seek the exchange and cooperation with your colleagues at the RCSC in Mannheim
* Occasionally, you conduct customer training sessions in the local language.
* Occasionally, you support field service colleagues during on-site service visits to the customer lab.
Who you are
* You are fluent in Dutch/Flemish, and English. Ideally, you also speak German or another language such as Turkish or Greek.
* You have successfully completed your engineering studies (e.g. medical technology, electrical engineering, mechatronics) or degree. Alternatively, you have trained as a technician or computer scientist plus professional experience.
* Ideally, you have several years of experience in the medical-technical field, through technical customer support (field service or hotline) or in a laboratory function.
* You have in-depth knowledge of technology (mechanics, electrical engineering). You are familiar with IT network structures, communication protocols and IT interfaces and have experience in the area of server operating systems.
* You are quick on the uptake and can solve complex problems in a structured manner using your analytical skills.
* You are open minded and have intercultural experience.
* You show a high degree of communicative and social competence in personal and virtual cooperation. Working in a team is your strength.
* Customer satisfaction is your strongest motivation.

VOS RESPONSABILITES PRINCIPALES
Au sein de notre bureau d'étude, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la conception, le pilotage et la réussite de projets CVC d’envergure, aussi bien pour des maîtres d’ouvrage publics que privés. Vous interviendrez sur des réalisations variées, allant de projets complexes à des mandats plus ciblés, avec une vraie autonomie technique.
VOS MISSIONS PRINCIPALES :
Imaginer, concevoir et superviser des projets CVC ambitieux et innovants.
Assurer le suivi technique et financier de vos mandats, avec une vision globale et responsable.
Encadrer et accompagner une petite équipe de chefs de projet et de planificateurs, en répartissant efficacement les tâches.
Coordonner les travaux avec les entreprises et garantir la qualité d’exécution. (installateurs)
Conseiller les Maîtres d’Ouvrage et les architectes pour définir les solutions techniques les plus pertinentes.
Assurer une veille technologique afin d’intégrer les meilleures pratiques et innovations du secteur.
VOTRE PROFIL :
Diplôme d'ingénieur dans un domaine technique CVC ou génie thermique, ou formation jugée équivalente.
Formation de base complétée d'une formation postgrade en gestion de projets.
5 à 10 ans d'expérience dans la conduite de projets pluridisciplinaires
Expérience dans la conception CVC de bâtiments du type habitats ou industriels.
Maîtrise de la gestion financière des projets et des outils informatiques et bureautiques.
Orientation clients, aisance relationnelle et excellente qualité d'écoute, de communication et de négociation.
Capacité décisionnelle et leadership.
Maîtrise d’AutoCAD.
Connaissance de Revit : un atout apprécié.

Technicien de maintenance CVC
L'entreprise MDT, maintenance dépannage, technique SA fait partie du groupe Gruyère Energie.
Afin de répondre au développement croissant de nos activités, nous cherchons à renforcer notre équipe de 5 professionnels passionnés à trouver des solutions, le tout dans une excellente ambiance de travail, nous recherchons, un Technicien de maintenance CVC (H/F) :
Assurer le service de maintenance et réparations SAV selon le planning établi,
Participer à la mise en service d’installations CVC,
Réaliser les petits travaux d’assainissement CVC, remplacement d’appareil, régulation (pompes et vannes, adoucisseur, etc.),
Assurer le SAV et la maintenance des outils de production d’énergie tel que pompe à chaleur, chaudière à bois déchiqueté et pellets, machine de production de froid, etc.
Assurer les services d’entretiens périodiques conformément aux contrats de maintenance,
Assumer le service de piquet selon le planning établi,
Représenter l’entreprise avec une excellente communication et de l’entregent avec nos clients.
VOTRE PROFIL
Ce challenge vous intéresse et vous avez le profil suivant :
CFC d’Installateur en chauffage, monteur frigoriste ou technicien de maintenance d’installations CVC
De l'expérience dans un poste similaire,
Des connaissances en hydraulique CVC, en régulation et idéalement dans le domaine du froid,
Vous avez le permis de manipulation des fluides frigorigènes (un atout)
Vous faite preuve de rigueur, d'autonomie et d'un véritable sens des responsabilité
