Per azienda importante cerchiamo: Collaudatore / Montatore Meccanico Per il potenziamento del proprio team di collaudo, ricerchiamo un Collaudatore / Montatore Meccanico Evoluto, con solida esperienza su macchinari industriali e forte attitudine al problem solving tecnico. Ruolo e attività principali La risorsa interviene a valle del montaggio meccanico, effettuato da montatori con diversi livelli di esperienza, ed è responsabile delle fasi finali di verifica e messa a punto della macchina. In particolare si occuperà di: montaggio finale e pre-collaudo in officina; collaudo funzionale completo della macchina; test operativi e verifiche di performance; tarature, regolazioni e calibrazioni; diagnostica guasti e interventi correttivi; supporto tecnico avanzato su macchine già installate. Il ruolo richiede una figura meccanica evoluta, capace di analizzare il funzionamento della macchina nel suo insieme e intervenire in modo strutturato sulle criticità. Trasferte e attività esterne previste trasferte internazionali per attività di service, riparazione e installazione; l'azienda ha oltre 5.000 macchine installate nel mondo, con forte presenza negli Stati Uniti; durata media delle trasferte: circa 1 settimana, massimo 10 giorni; durante le trasferte si lavora anche sabato e domenica; indennità extra UE: 75 € / giorno; viaggi e ore extra retribuiti come straordinari; nessuna reperibilità prevista. Competenze richieste solida base di meccanica e ottima capacità di lettura del disegno tecnico; esperienza in montaggio e collaudo di macchinari industriali; spiccata capacità di diagnosi e risoluzione dei problemi; inglese base, necessario per le trasferte e le interazioni internazionali; attitudine al lavoro in team, unita a buona autonomia operativa.
