This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional who enjoys building relationships, spotting new opportunities, and shaping proposals in a dynamic offshore environment. As Sales & Business Development Manager at HEBO, you help expand our position across both traditional offshore markets and the fast-growing renewable energy sector. The focus is on connecting with clients, understanding their needs, and translating these into concrete opportunities for our fleet and services. -

The Role -
Identify and develop new business opportunities in offshore Oil & Gas and renewable energy markets. -
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. -
Position HEBO's fleet, capabilities, and expertise in installation, decommissioning, heavy lifting, and marine operations. -
Translate market insights into strategic plans, commercial approaches, and clear client proposals. -
Stay on top of industry developments and gather intelligence to support HEBO's long-term growth. Vereisten
Who we are looking for -
Proven experience in business development or commercial roles within the offshore, maritime, or energy sectors. -
A strong network in Oil & Gas and/or renewables is a clear advantage. -
Commercial mindset with the ability to understand and communicate technical content. -
Skilled in communication, negotiation, and relationship-building. -
