Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

• Je wordt ingezet om storingen in onze installaties (zoals hoogbouwkranen, palletliften, sorteersystemen, transportsystemen, koel- en verwarmingsinstallaties) snel op te lossen, zodat stilstand en werkonderbrekingen tot een minimum beperkt blijven.
• Je behandelt oproepen vanuit de controlekamer, rapporteert deze correct en escaleert wanneer nodig.
• Samen met je collega’s ben je verantwoordelijk voor het preventief onderhoud van de installaties.

Jouw profiel

• Je hebt een technische opleiding en/of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
• Je beschikt over een sterke technische kennis van elektriciteit, mechanica, hydraulica en pneumatica.
• Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een basiskennis van technisch Engels.
• Je werkt graag in teamverband, maar kan ook zelfstandig werken.
• Je communiceert vlot met interne afdelingen en leveranciers.
• Je bent bereid om in een roterend shiftsysteem te werken (afwisselend vroege en late ploeg; sporadisch nachtwerk).
• Je bent bereid om deel te nemen aan een wachtdienstregeling (ongeveer 1 week om de 9 weken).

- Ondersteunen bij het afsluitproces;
- Je hebt regelmatig contact met ons Shared Service Center (Kroatië) voor het verwerken van binnenkomende facturen, creditnota's en banktransacties;
- Opvolging van binnenkomende betalingen van klanten;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor alle betalingen van A tot Z;
- Ondersteunen van de jaarrekening, maken van balansreconciliaties,…;
- Opstellen van reconciliaties tussen BTW-rekeningen en BTW-aangiften;
- Ondersteunen bij audits;
- Ad hoc rapportages en algemene administratieve ondersteuning;
- Voorstellen doen voor het optimaliseren van accounting processen;
- Je rapporteert aan de Finance Manager.

Empresa de ingeniería y construcción industrial busca incorporar ayudantes de montaje para instalaciones de climatización, ventilación y PCI en entorno industrial. Proyecto estable y con posibilidad de desarrollo.

FUNCIONES:

La persona seleccionada se incorporará al equipo de producción para apoyar en el montaje de sistemas de climatización, ventilación, extracción y PCI, en proyectos industriales (sector farmacéutico, logístico, alimentario, etc.). Trabajará bajo la supervisión directa del Oficial de 1ª y del Jefe/a de Equipo, colaborando activamente en la ejecución de los trabajos en obra.

· Ayuda en el montaje de conductos metálicos (rectangulares y circulares) para climatización y ventilación industrial.

· Colocación y fijación de rejillas, compuertas, silenciadores y otros accesorios, siguiendo indicaciones del oficial.

· Colaboración en la soportación de conductos: instalación de varilla roscada, abrazaderas y perfiles.

· Transporte, preparación y distribución de materiales y herramientas en la zona de trabajo.

· Apoyo en tareas de sellado, aislamiento, limpieza y pruebas de estanqueidad.
