The Sales Assistant supports commercial sales activities by welcoming customers, identifying their needs, providing accurate product and pricing information, processing transactions, and promoting products and services in line with company standards.

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Understand customer needs and vision requirements. Help customers select frames that fit properly and suit their prescription. Provide guidance on lens options, coatings, and pricing.

We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team. The selected candidate will maintain day-to-day shop floor standards. Position is on a full time contract basis with shift.

Primary duties include arranging products on the display shelves, processing payments and keeping the shop clean. Performance Bonus is offered with Wage Package.
