Maciejowski Services, PME de 63 salariés à Limoges, recherche 2 conducteurs de travaux tertiaire pour organiser et suivre des chantiers CVC, plomberie et sanitaire. Ici, le conducteur de travaux est proche des installateurs : il prépare, coordonne, anticipe, débloque les situations et fait avancer les chantiers proprement. Ce qu'on cherche : un profil expérimenté en installation thermique / sanitaire / CVC, avec une vraie expérience d'encadrement terrain. Ce qu'on ne cherche pas : un plombier qui veut simplement changer de taux horaire sans avoir déjà organisé ou encadré des chantiers. Conditions principales : CDI - Limoges et alentours - base 35 h + 4 h supplémentaires - taux horaire brut de base 18,50 € à 22,00 € selon expérience - véhicule de service. Votre rôle Vous prenez en charge l'organisation et le suivi de plusieurs chantiers tertiaires en CVC, plomberie et sanitaire. Votre travail consiste à faire en sorte que les équipes puissent travailler dans de bonnes conditions, avec les bonnes informations, le bon matériel, les bons délais et des consignes claires. Concrètement, vous devrez : - préparer les chantiers avant le démarrage : lecture des plans, repérage des points sensibles, besoins en matériel, moyens humains, sécurité ; - organiser le travail des installateurs et suivre l'avancement sur le terrain ; - anticiper les approvisionnements pour éviter les blocages ; - faire le lien entre le client, le bureau, les fournisseurs, les sous-traitants éventuels et les équipes ; - participer aux réunions de chantier et défendre les intérêts de l'entreprise avec sérieux ; - contrôler la qualité des installations : chauffage, climatisation, ventilation, plomberie, sanitaire ; - vérifier que les consignes de sécurité sont appliquées ; - gérer les imprévus sans laisser les équipes seules face aux problèmes ; - remonter les informations importantes à la direction et au responsable chantier ; - préparer les réceptions, les réserves éventuelles et les éléments nécessaires aux DOE ; - contribuer à la bonne ambiance de travail, sans laisser passer le manque de sérieux. Le profil recherché Nous recherchons avant tout quelqu'un qui connaît le terrain. Vous avez une vraie expérience en installation CVC, plomberie, sanitaire. Vous avez déjà encadré des équipes, préparé des chantiers ou tenu un rôle de chef d'équipe / chef de chantier / conducteur de travaux dans notre domaine. Le poste n'est pas destiné à un installateur qui veut simplement "gagner plus". Il faut déjà avoir prouvé que vous savez organiser, décider, suivre un chantier et faire travailler une équipe correctement. Vous devez être capable de : - comprendre un chantier CVC/plomberie/sanitaire sans repartir de zéro ; - parler clairement avec les installateurs ; - garder votre calme quand il y a un imprévu ; - être présent sur le terrain ; - faire respecter les consignes sans casser les relations ; - suivre plusieurs sujets en même temps ; - rendre compte simplement et régulièrement ; - tenir les délais, la qualité et la sécurité. PhD position in Marketing 

Oslo Business School invites applications for a temporary position as PhD scholar in the field of Marketing. The PhD scholar position will be part of the PhD program at the Business School (PhD in Social Sciences, specialization Business Administration, Innovation and Governance). The successful applicant is expected to complete a doctoral degree during the period of employment. The position is three years full-time but can be extended to four years if teaching assignments are included.

The position is affiliated with the Strategy, Innovation and Marketing group at Oslo Business School. The group’s research covers a broad range of topics, including strategy, digitalization, innovation and entrepreneurship, marketing, and communication. Researchers in the group uses a variety of research methods, including surveys, experiments, and qualitative methods. The research conducted within the group explicitly aims to contribute to both theory and practice.

In the position, the PhD candidate will work on topics related to CSR and sustainability in marketing, including sustainable consumer behaviour and sustainable brands. The project will use experimental and quantitative research methods. Within these topics and methods the candidate will have considerable freedom to define the details of the PhD project. 

Qualification requirements

We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

• Excellent MSc (120 ECTS) degree in marketing or business administration, with a grade of B or better on both the master's thesis and the overall degree. Candidates close to finishing are welcome to apply, provided the degree is completed by 1 September 2026 (documentation required).
• Interest in marketing research, and strong skills in quantitative research methods
• Hands-on mentality and the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in written form; a good command of a Scandinavian language is an advantage

Experience in data collection and analysis, participation in research projects and academic publishing will be an advantage. 

General criteria for employment as a Research Fellow are stipulated in these regulations: Regulations relating to the University and University College Act.

Admission to the doctoral program is a prerequisite. Admission to the doctoral program is based on a comprehensive assessment of the application, including the relevance and quality of the project description. A finalized project plan for the employment period is required completed and acknowledged within 3 months from the date of employment.

The Role

We're looking for a Senior Product / Full Stack Developer to join our small, tight-knit team. You'll work closely with our CTO, building features that directly solve real business problems. This is hands-on development where you'll own decisions, ship code regularly, and take pride in pragmatic solutions.

What We're Building

Our platform uses a modern, pragmatic stack:

• Backend: Go monolith with server-side rendering and Turbo (Hotwired) for HTML-over-the-wire interactions

• Legacy systems: Ruby on Rails app with two Vue frontends (Client and Backoffice) being thoughtfully retired

• Infrastructure: PostgreSQL for all data, Metabase for analytics, self-hosted on DigitalOcean VPSs orchestrated with Docker and Docker Compose

• Operations: Minimal overhead, maximum reliability; we favor stability over speed

We use AI strategically to accelerate development, but the code is ours to own, understand, and trust. We automate what makes sense and avoid complexity that doesn't fit in our heads.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop features in our Go backend and contribute to the gradual migration away from Rails

• Write clear, efficient SQL queries and collaborate on data modelling without relying on ORMs.

• Write frontend code that's simple, maintainable, and effective (Turbo and Stimulus, or Vue.js if appropriate)

• Own technical decisions within our pragmatic constraints, and be willing to revisit them as a team

• Think deeply about data models and business problems, not just technical purity

• Help maintain and improve our Docker-based infrastructure

• Collaborate closely with the CTO on prioritization, architecture, and problem-solving

What We're Looking For

You're a pragmatic thinker who enjoys writing software to solve real business problems. You value simplicity and stability over perfect architectures and can make autonomous decisions while staying aligned with team direction and business needs.

Hard requirements

1. You genuinely enjoy typed languages. You understand the value of type safety and actively choose it, even in languages that don't enforce it (using tools like Beartype in Python, Sorbet in Ruby, TypeScript for JavaScript). Types aren't a constraint you tolerate; they're a tool you appreciate.

2. You understand Docker. You don't need to be an expert, but you appreciate its benefits (reproducibility, consistency, isolation) and understand its trade-offs. You can reason about containers, images, and Compose setups without excessive hand-holding.

3. You are comfortable writing SQL by hand. You can design queries, reason about performance, and debug issues directly in SQL. We do not use ORMs; we embrace SQL as our primary interface to the data.

Nice to have

• Experience with Go or a strong willingness to learn it quickly

• Familiarity with Vue.js, React, Angular, or any other frontend reactivity framework

• Understanding of server-side rendering or Turbo Wire / HTMX patterns

• Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases

• Comfort with command-line tools and Linux

• Experience in small teams where you wear multiple hats
