Your Role

* Education: Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related field to ensure a strong academic foundation

* Technical Skills: Possess a strong background in analog circuit design, circuit simulation, and programming skills, including Python, SPICE, and optimization algorithms, to design and develop efficient electronic systems

* Language Skills: Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with German being a plus

* Problem-Solving: Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize circuit designs, troubleshoot issues, and develop innovative solutions to complex technical problems

Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Flight Operations Engineer Specialist (m/f/d) supports the Flight Operations Engineer & IT team in tasks related to aircraft performance and documentation. A key focus of the role is driving digitalization initiatives and process improvements within flight operations, including leveraging AI and other digital tools to enhance efficiency. Main Tasks & Role

* Assist in preparing and maintaining performance data and weight & balance documentation

* Support the publication of guidance and procedures in the Operations Manual (OM-C)

* Help verify accuracy and integrity of performance-related calculations and manuals

* Participate in maintaining aircraft documentation and operational planning tools

* Assist in managing and updating Flight Operations Systems (e.g. Aviobook, Boeing OPT)

* Support EFB administration tasks such as data validation and application updated

* Contribute to cross-departmental projects related to flight operations and digitalization

* Support initiatives for digital transformation within Flight Operation

* Creation and maintenance of operational reports, including the derivation of key performance indicators (KPIs)

* Process optimization through the implementation and application of artificial intelligence (AI) solution

IT Support (Backup role)

* Provide first-line support for hardware and software issues

* Assist in maintaining IT systems and applications during coverage periods

* Help document and track support requests using the company`s ticketing system

* Support user access management and basic troubleshooting

Qualification Requirements

Personal:

* Strong analytical and organizational skills

* Team player with good communication abilities

* Hight attention to detail and willingness to learn

Technical:

* Master`s or Bachelor`s Degree in Aviation Engineering or a related field (Alternatively, a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a technical or flight dispatch function, combined with appropriate licenses such as a Flight Dispatch License or ATPL, may compensate for the absence of a degree)

* Basic knowledge of aircraft performance and weight & balance principles (advantageous)

* Familiarity with IT systems and troubleshooting (advantageous)

* Good command of English (written and spoken); German is a advantage

Ultimately, the Country Manager Sales & Delivery is accountable for growing market shares across all product lines, driving brand awareness, and increasing profitability within Germany.In this role you are leading a team of 500+ talented individuals across Germany, and report directly to our Regional Director DACH & CEE. Note that this position is based out of Berlin, and entails a high amount of travelling within the country.  What You’ll Do - Lead, develop, coach and motivate high-performing teams - Reinforce a culture of leadership and team excellence: training standards, succession planning, talent acquisition and employee retention - Set clear targets and plans on Customer Service, market sales and delivery pipelines; hold teams accountable by driving performance management with local leadership - Develop and execute daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly strategies to hit targets and drive profitability - Develop and reinforce high operational standards by coaching through and reinforcing targets - Maintain and reinforce Safety and Security standards by partnering with EH&S, Workplace and Security teams - Create a continuous improvement culture by actively collecting feedback, testing strategies, and improving vehicle and customer flow in each sales and delivery location What You’ll Bring - Experience leading large teams (50+, including management layers) in a high-growth, service-focused industry with multi-site experience - Demonstrated ability to inspire, influence, and hold teams accountable to achieve a common goal - Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and adhere to business-critical deadlines - Innovative and unfazed by change, hungry to learn, resourceful, and effective at using data, logic, and instincts to identify problems and execute solutions - Successful history of building relationships; evidence of being a well-respected, trusted partner with a dedicated and ethical approach to management and operations - Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication, and sales skills - Passion for Tesla’s mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energyIn addition, this role requires fluency in German and English, as well as a valid Driver’s license.Attention: Our Hiring team is international, please make sure to upload your CV in English when applying.
