L'équipe est composée de 3 salariés : 1 cavalière, 1 Palefrenière soigneuse cheffe d’écurie et 1 Palefrenier soigneur. Nous recrutons un groom palefrenier/cavalier capable d'assurer les soins aux chevaux, le travail en longe, les tontes, le grooming, le travail monté des chevaux (si niveau d'équitation suffisant) ainsi que l'entretien des écuries et du site (carrière…) Vous devrez posséder le permis B afin de pouvoir circuler entre les 2 sites (Un véhicule est mis à disposition pour circuler entre les structures.) Vos missions : Au sein de cette équipe dynamique, vous travaillerez en autonomie sur les systèmes de chauffage, ventilation et climatisation Au quotidien, vous serez donc principalement amené(e) à effectuer : - Assurer l'entretien, la maintenance préventive et corrective, ainsi que le dépannage des systèmes de chauffage, ventilation et climatisation pour garantir leur bon fonctionnement - Effectuer des visites régulières pour inspecter et entretenir les systèmes CVC. - Nettoyer et remplacer les filtres, vérifier les niveaux de fluides et les pressions. - Vous intervenez sur les équipements suivants : groupe d'eau glacée, CTA, VRV, Split... Vous effectuez votre mission avec rigueur et dans le respect des procédures et des règles de sécurité définies par l'entreprise. Le profil attendu : Vous avez une formation de base en électricité ? Notre équipe spécialisée en bâtiment accompagne son client, spécialisé dans les travaux de maintenance et d'installations en génie thermique et électrique, un Chef de Chantier CVC H/F en CDI. Vos missions : - 70% de votre temps sur le terrain ; garantir la sécurité, participer aux installations des équipements CVC, management de techniciens ... - 30 de votre temps sur de la gestion ; gestion des approvisionnements, suivi des avancées, planification et ordonnancement d'activités ... Expérience de 5 ans minimum sur un poste similaire et sur des projets tertiaires / industriels.
