Your mission :
We are seeking a proactive and project-oriented Sales Coordinator to drive lead management and sales conversion for our new Digital Showroom. This role combines hands-on operational sales activities with strategic process development and digital transformation initiatives. You will work closely with the sales team to enhance lead conversion rates through process automation, lean methodologies, and digital tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end lead management process: from qualifying to sales conversion.
• Actively support sales efforts by coordinating internal teams to accelerate deal closure.
• Collaborate with management to develop, document, and implement efficient sales and operational processes.
• Drive digitalization initiatives by identifying automation opportunities and supporting the deployment of digital tools.
• Analyze sales data and lead funnel metrics to identify bottlenecks and propose improvements.
• Coordinate projects aimed at improving customer journey, sales efficiency, and channel performance.
Candidate Profile:
• Proven experience in sales coordination, lead management, or sales operations, preferably in digital or marketplace environments.
• Strong project management skills with a creative and solution-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working with digital tools and eager to drive automation and process optimization.
• Analytical thinker with the ability to translate data insights into actionable improvements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Agile, and motivated to build and shape the future of digital sales channels.
• Prior experience in a lead management role, particularly within the automotive or digital sectors, SalesForce CRM knowledge would be a plus
• Fluent in French and English (German and Luxembourgish are serious assets)
• Autonomous, with a strong commercial sense and challenges driven
