Operate washing machines, dryers, and other laundry equipment safely and efficiently. Sort, wash, dry, fold, iron, and distribute hotel linens, towels, uniforms, and guest clothing (if applicable).

Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff. Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring correct orders and presentation. Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any complaints or requests courteously.

Make reservations for dining, tours, events, and other activities. Coordinate deliveries, mail, packages, and special requests. Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest/resident satisfaction.
