• Manage the full order-to-cash process: order entry, follow-up, shipping, invoicing, and aftersales
• Optimise container and transport planning
• Support Account Managers in your region
• Handle product and pricing management (proposing alternatives, pricing, discounts, price lists)
• Act as the main point of contact for distributors
• Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, production, sales, marketing)
• Align closely with production to ensure smooth supply chain planning

Als International Business Development & Solution Manager rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de International Expansion Manager en speel je een sleutelrol in de verdere expansie van ABN doorheen Europa. Je opdracht reikt verder dan klassieke business development: je identificeert opkomende markten, bouwt strategische ecosystemen uit en vertaalt opportuniteiten naar succesvolle projecten, in nauwe samenwerking met onze multidisciplinaire engineeringteams.

• Rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de International Expansion Manager en draagt bij aan de uitvoering van ABN's internationale groeistrategie.
• Identificeert en ontwikkelt nieuwe markten en groeikansen doorheen Europa.
• Bouwt, ontwikkelt en beheert actief strategische ecosystemen van eindgebruikers, architecten, investeerders en technologiepartners.

Competenties & kwalificaties

• Minstens vijf jaar ervaring in internationale business development, solution selling of projectverkoop.
• Ervaring in complexe technische projectomgevingen zoals farma, biotechnologie, zorg, hightech, HVAC, industriële bouw of procestechniek.
• Sterke commerciële ingesteldheid gecombineerd met technische affiniteit.
• In staat om klantprocessen te doorgronden en te vertalen naar geïntegreerde technische oplossingen.
• Uitstekende communicatie-, onderhandelings- en relatievaardigheden.
• Ondernemend, zelfsturend en resultaatgericht.
• Vloeiend Engels. Kennis van bijkomende Europese talen is een pluspunt.
