To strengthen our team in Antwerp, we are looking for a proactive and reliable Facility & Toolshop Coordinator who will take ownership of our facility operations and Toolshop management. In this independent and hands-on role, you will be responsible for maintaining a professional, safe, and efficient working environment across our office and workshop facilities. You will combine technical skills, organizational ability, and a strong sense of ownership to ensure that our employees have the right workplace and tools to perform their activities successfully.
This is not a traditional facility role. As Facility & Toolshop Coordinator, you will be the process owner of our Toolshop and the key contact for facility-related activities within Everllence Belgium. Your contribution directly supports our workshop teams, field service engineers, and daily operations. What makes this role unique?
You will have responsibility for two important operational areas: Facility Management and Toolshop Management.
You will ensure that our workplace remains safe, organized, and operational while also managing the complete lifecycle of our professional tools. From registration and availability to inspection, maintenance, and return processes, you ensure that every tool is traceable, safe, and ready for use. You will work closely with workshop technicians, field service engineers, HSE, Procurement, and external suppliers. Your role is essential in creating operational reliability and supporting our teams to deliver high-quality service to our customers.
Your role
Facility & Workplace Management
- Take ownership of facility operations, including office, workshop, storage areas, and workplace improvements.
- Perform and coordinate maintenance activities, repairs, and technical improvements.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and professional working environment.
- Manage facility services, suppliers, and maintenance partners.
- Support safety, compliance, logistics, and workshop organization.
Toolshop Management
- Own and coordinate the daily Toolshop process, including tool availability, registration, and traceability.
- Ensure tools are maintained, inspected, calibrated, and safely available for technicians.
- Manage tool inventory, repairs, replacements, and preparation of equipment for projects.
- Support workshop and field service teams by providing the right tools at the right time.

Your experience & qualifications
- Technical or facility-related background with experience in an industrial environment.
- Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge.
- Experience with maintenance, tools, inventory, or facility processes.
- Experience with digital systems and administration.
- Valid driving license B.
- VCA certification or willingness to obtain one.
- Experience within the maritime sector, tool management, inspections, or Lean/5S is an advantage.
- Languages: Dutch fluent and good professional English.

As a CE driver, you will handle international refrigerated transport throughout Europe, with varied trips and a schedule that brings diversity to your workweek.You will be driving to:
- Benelux
- France
- Spain
- Switzerland
- International trips with refrigerated trucks/trailers (often transporting meat)
- Sometimes you’ll be on the road for 2 to 3 days
- Sometimes you leave on Monday and return on Friday
- So you won’t necessarily be away the entire week every week
- When you are not staying overnight, the truck is parked at the company site
