Ova pozicija ima ključnu ulogu u razvoju i provedbi marketinških inicijativa usmjerenih na jačanje prepoznatljivosti brenda, unapređenje digitalne prisutnosti te podršku rastu poslovnih prilika, u skladu s internim strateškim smjernicama. Idealna osoba razumije marketing kao cjelovit proces – od planiranja do realizacije – te se uspješno snalazi u koordinaciji sadržaja, kanala i suradnika, uz visoku razinu samostalnosti u radu. Posebno cijenimo kandidate koji prate suvremene marketinške trendove i znaju primijeniti UI/AI alate u svakodnevnom radu — od istraživanja tržišta i pripreme sadržaja do optimizacije kampanja, analize podataka i automatizacije marketinških procesa.
Ključne odgovornosti:

kreiranje i priprema marketinških materijala (tekstovi, objave za društvene mreže, osnovni grafički sadržaji)

praćenje trendova u digitalnom marketingu, oglašavanju, SEO-u, content marketingu i primjeni UI/AI alata

planiranje, provedba i optimizacija oglašivačkih kampanja u digitalnim i klasičnim medijima

razvoj i jačanje brenda na lokalnoj i nacionalnoj razini

organizacija i koordinacija nastupa na sajmovima i poslovnim događanjima (priprema promotivnih materijala, logistika, suradnja s vanjskim izvođačima)

pribavljanje, koordinacija i obrada foto i video sadržaja za marketinške i promotivne svrhe

analiza učinkovitosti marketinških aktivnosti te izrada izvještaja

Uvjeti:

završen preddiplomski ili diplomski studij (marketing, ekonomija, komunikacije ili srodno područje)

minimalno 2 godine iskustva na sličnim ili istim poslovima

iskustvo u radu s digitalnim kanalima (web, društvene mreže, online oglašavanje)

vrlo dobro znanje hrvatskog i engleskog jezika u govoru i pismu

vozačka dozvola B kategorije
Poželjne vještine i osobine:

PhD position in Marketing
Oslo Business School invites applications for a temporary position as PhD scholar in the field of Marketing. The PhD scholar position will be part of the PhD program at the Business School (PhD in Social Sciences, specialization Business Administration, Innovation and Governance). The successful applicant is expected to complete a doctoral degree during the period of employment. The position is three years full-time but can be extended to four years if teaching assignments are included.
The position is affiliated with the Strategy, Innovation and Marketing group at Oslo Business School. The group’s research covers a broad range of topics, including strategy, digitalization, innovation and entrepreneurship, marketing, and communication. Researchers in the group uses a variety of research methods, including surveys, experiments, and qualitative methods. The research conducted within the group explicitly aims to contribute to both theory and practice.
In the position, the PhD candidate will work on topics related to CSR and sustainability in marketing, including sustainable consumer behaviour and sustainable brands. The project will use experimental and quantitative research methods. Within these topics and methods the candidate will have considerable freedom to define the details of the PhD project.
Qualification requirements
We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:
- Excellent MSc (120 ECTS) degree in marketing or business administration, with a grade of B or better on both the master's thesis and the overall degree. Candidates close to finishing are welcome to apply, provided the degree is completed by 1 September 2026 (documentation required).
- Interest in marketing research, and strong skills in quantitative research methods
- Hands-on mentality and the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in written form; a good command of a Scandinavian language is an advantage
Experience in data collection and analysis, participation in research projects and academic publishing will be an advantage.
General criteria for employment as a Research Fellow are stipulated in these regulations: Regulations relating to the University and University College Act.
Admission to the doctoral program is a prerequisite. Admission to the doctoral program is based on a comprehensive assessment of the application, including the relevance and quality of the project description. A finalized project plan for the employment period is required completed and acknowledged within 3 months from the date of employment.

About the role
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused VP Head of Marketing to join our team.
Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will lead a global marketing organization across demand generation, product marketing and performance marketing functions, with a mandate to align marketing strategy with commercial execution and measurable revenue outcomes.
