Binnen deze vacature ben je verantwoordelijk voor:
- Ontwikkelen en implementeren van doelgerichte online marketingcampagnes (SEO, SEA, e-mailmarketing, paid social, display).
- Focus op het verhogen van verkeer, conversies en merkbekendheid.
- Vertalen van het commerciële plan naar digitale acties met nadruk op merkbekendheid in de regio.
- Voortdurend testen en optimaliseren van campagnes voor maximale impact.
- Aansturen van marketingagentschappen om optimale resultaten te behalen.
- Samenwerken met agentschappen om toekomstige ontwikkelingen te bepalen.
- Bouwen aan de beste klantervaring via grondige analyses.
- Continu optimaliseren van UX en SEO om meer bezoekers en een sterkere digitale footprint te realiseren.
- Analyseren van verkoop- en trafficdata om commerciële kansen en verbeterpunten te ontdekken.
- Rapporteren van resultaten en omzetten van data naar heldere aanbevelingen.
- Uitvoeren van experimenten en A/B-testen om conversies te verhogen en klantbeleving te verbeteren.
- Aansturen van marketingagentschappen en selecteren van juiste partners voor het realiseren van doelen.
- Samenwerken met interne en externe teams voor sterke content en digitale ervaringen.
- Coördineren van projecten van briefing tot lancering, met aandacht voor timing en impact.
- Bewaken van de digitale merkidentiteit van over alle touchpoints.
- Aanspreekpunt voor collega's op vlak van digital marketing.
- Samenwerking staat centraal, zowel met marketing-, sales- en externe partners.
- Zelfstandig projecten coördineren, vanaf het initiële idee tot en met de implementatie.
- Actief bijdragen aan digitale innovaties en je ideeën met overtuiging presenteren binnen het bedrijf.
- 4 jaar relevante ervaring in digital marketing, idealiter binnen een omnichannel omgeving.
- Ervaring met tools zoals Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEO-tools en e-mailplatformen.
- Een commerciële en analytische mindset om data te vertalen naar gerichte acties.

Our Partner is a fast growing Belgian company active in Cloud Communications and Digital solutions.
On the back of a strong national and international growth we are currently scaling up the Product Management department taking care of Products & Services definitions and lifecycle.
The position
- Take full ownership of Product & Service definition and lifecycle related to the UCaaS offering covering G2M, specs, marketing, Competition analysis, pricing, etc
- Coordinate and drive the interactions between the different technical departments, Sales/Presales & Marketing
- Push and Pull feedback on Technology and Marketing evolutions
- Participate in different cross technologies and Services projects
- Create internal and external awareness and evangelisation
- Interact with international teams to share feedback and market trends
The profile
- At least 5 years experience in ICT/Telecom related Product management or Presales role
- Excellent knowledge in Voice connectivity (UC, uCaaS, etc)
- Excellent communications skills
- Good project management skills
- Ability to think in and outside the box
Fluent in English. French and/or Dutch are nice to have
As the Ecommerce Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Leading and managing the e-commerce team (3 people)
- Monitoring and improving e-commerce performance metrics while driving data- driven decisions to optimize sales and customer retention
- Collaborating with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure effective campaign execution, promotional planning, and inventory management
- Enhancing user experience (UX/UI) and customer engagement through tailored strategies
- Managing SEO/SEM campaigns, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and customer feedback mechanisms
- Exploring partnerships with agencies to support content and design
- Master in Business Engineering or Marketing
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, ideally with 5+ years in a similar position
- A sales-oriented mindset, capable of driving performance and optimizing
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and
- Leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse team and foster collaboration across
- A dynamic and hands-on attitude, ready to take initiative and address operational challenges directly.
