QA release Specialist is an exempt level position with responsibilities for providing quality oversight over the production of a personalized cell therapy to support both clinical and commercial requirements in a sterile GMP environment. This includes paper/electronic batch record reviews related to the manufacturing of viral vector and autologous CAR-T products for clinical trials and commercial operation in a controlled cGMP cleanroom environment. Job duties are performed within a team according to an assigned, production shift schedule.

• Reviews documentation for all manufacturing activity execution in accordance with good documentation practices.
• Independently executes paper/electronic batch record review associated with commercial; development; and engineering production.
• Performs duties under limited supervision and according to standard operating and manufacturing procedures.
• Contributes to process improvement of batch records and turnaround times to ensure turnaround times and QA batch disposition deadlines.
• Collaborates within Manufacturing to resolve batch record discrepancies or errors as it relates to Good Documentation Practices or Manufacturing Execution System (MES) inventory.
• Implements appropriate corrective and preventive actions by investigating non-conformances in a timely manner.

• A Degree in Science, Information Science or equivalent technical discipline is required.

The Department of Food Science, Aarhus University invites applications to a Tenure Track position in Sensory and Consumer Science to begin June 1st, 2026 or as soon as possible. 

The position

This tenure track position will strengthen and complement ongoing research in sensory and consumer science, in the area of human perception of food and beverages at the Department of Food Science. This position is focused on the interface between human senses and perception of food and contribute to designing healthy and sustainable food and beverage applications with high consumer acceptance.
The position is aligned to the Science Team ‘Food Quality Perception and Society’ (FQS) at the Department of Food Science http://food.au.dk/en/foodresearch/science- teams/food-quality-perception-society/. The Science Team has access to state of the art well-established sensory and analytical facilities, and advanced infrastructure, with a professional, trained and screened sensory panel and an ISO-approved sensory laboratory. Core to the team’s research approach is the measurement of human perception and acceptance of healthy and sustainable food application. Besides, in FQS there is access to instrumental and analytical techniques utilizing advanced facilities e.g. Olfactometry, Gustometry, Virtual Reality, Biometrics, GC-MS, LC-MS and NMR. There is also potential to access complementary research infrastructure via our close collaborators in psychology, physiology and neuro-imaging fields.

The candidate

The successful candidate must have a strong research profile in sensory and consumer science, more specifically in human multisensory perception and acceptance of healthy and sustainable food.

In addition, the candidate must be able to demonstrate promise of outstanding capabilities in independent research, dissemination, and funding. A tenure track appointment requires demonstration of independent and novel research initiatives and international experience as a post-doc, demonstrated by a significant number of international publications.
Successful candidates will be expected to:

• deliver innovative research of the highest international standard
• establish and develop their own research area within the existing FQS science team
• publish research outcomes through a significant number of international peer- reviewed publications
• deliver teaching at the Department of Food Science (graduate-level teaching in English);

The Department of Food Science

The Department of Food Science is part of the Faculty of Technology, Aarhus University and includes research across the food value chain within the areas of Plant Production Systems, Biofunctional Food, Systems Biology, Food Chemistry and Technology, Food Quality, and Sensory and Consumer Science. Unique zoeken we geen gewone recruiter, maar een ‘mensenmens’ 

Jouw functie in een notendop:

• je bent een echte bruggenbouwer tussen klanten en kandidaten
• dagelijks sta je in contact met klanten en prospecten, dit kunnen zowel KMO's als multinationals zijn
• je neemt vacatures op, dit kan zowel telefonisch als via teams EN bij voorkeur liefst ter plaatse bij de bedrijven waarmee we werken 
• je schrijft vacatures uit
• je gaat op zoek naar werkzoekenden via allerhande tools die we ter beschikking hebben, die zouden kunnen passen bij onze klanten en prospecten 
• je nodigt hen uit op kantoor of via teams, je hebt een interview en polst naar  het kunnen en willen van je kandidaten en gaat op zoek naar een leuke match
• je stelt je kandidaten voor en volgt alles zeer goed op
• eens je kandidaat mag opstarten begeleidt je zowel kandidaat als klant met zorg doorheen het hele proces: van de eerste kennismaking tot de finale contractondertekening voor hun nieuwe job
• dankzij jouw drive, focus en initiatief vinden klanten en kandidaten elkaar snel

We zoeken ook medewerkers met een neus voor opportuniteiten, je gaat op zoek naar vacatures en legt eerste telefonische contacten met prospecten. (hiertoe krijg je uiteraard goede begeleiding en de nodige opleidingen)

Je staat in voor het invullen van vacatures voor zowel arbeiders als bedienden. 

Je zal kennis opdoen van allerlei sectoren zoals voeding, industrie, metaal, etc...

Hier wonen 9 volwassen cliënten (tussen de 49 en 66 jaar) met een matige tot ernstige verstandelijke beperking en uiteenlopende zorgvragen. We werken volgens de LACCS-methode, waarbij kwaliteit van leven centraal staat. Je komt terecht in een enthousiast team. Samen zorgen we voor structuur, veiligheid en een fijne leefomgeving voor onze bewoners. Als begeleider C ondersteun je de begeleiders D (Persoonlijk begeleiders) binnen het team. Je werkt onregelmatige diensten: dag-, avond- en weekenddiensten van gemiddeld 7 uur. Jouw baan als Begeleider mbo3 Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de zorg en begeleiding aan alle cliënten die wonen op Poolster 35. Je ondersteunt daarnaast jouw collega's begeleider D bij de uitvoering van hun taken. Jouw profiel Je: hebt een afgeronde mbo3 of mbo4 in de zorg (bijvoorbeeld Maatschappelijk werk, PBGZ of vergelijkbaar); Bij voorkeur aangevuld met voor de functie relevante cursussen, zoals BHV, PAT, LACCS of bent bereid dit te halen; hebt een goed inlevingsvermogen en bent in staat om verschillende manieren van communicatie op de individuele cliënt af te stemmen; kunt goed voor je mening uit te komen, je neemt initiatief en staat stevig in je schoenen; bent in staat om te observeren en om op creatieve wijze in te spelen op het vraag/ gedrag van de cliënten; kunt aansluiten bij de cliënten en beschikt over kennis van verschillende ziektebeelden en daarbij passende vaardigheden; kunt handvatten aanreiken om de cliënten grip op zijn/haar eigen leven te geven; bent prettig in de samenwerking, bezit over zelfreflectie en kan collega’s stimuleren, prikkelen en je bent in staat om te verbinden.
