We are looking for an enthusiastic Sous Chef to join a dedicated team. In the winter season, 3 chefs are in the kitchen, in Summer 5 chefs.
Responsibilities:

Preparing and presenting a high-standard à la carte

Ensuring an efficient, well-structured workflow in the kitchen

Ensuring compliance with quality and hygiene standards

Eventually, the person will be responsible for menu planning, orders, and staff management, provided they are the right fit. There is also an opportunity for growth in the position.
Requirements:

Relevant experience from an a la carte kitchen and buffet service in a hotel in Norway

Knowledge of industry standards and food safety guidelines

Hygiene certificate
-
Good communication skills in English, and knowing Norwegian is a huge plus

It is important that you have a good understanding of efficient operations and a good ability to plan and structure your work. Versatility and flexibility are key.

We are looking for an a la carte chef at a good standard hotel located on Florø island in Western Norway, probably until Christmas. It is a small town on the west coast of Norway in the Vestland region, known as Norway's westernmost town. It has a population of around 9,500 people. It offers basic urban amenities: there are shops, supermarkets, cafes, and a few restaurants, as well as a cinema and a public swimming pool. The town is an important fishing and maritime hub and serves as a gateway to the surrounding fjords and islands. Its scenic location and local cultural activities make it a pleasant place to live or visit.

🔍 About the Role
We are looking for passionate and dedicated Chef to join our Team. In this role, you will coordinate together with our Souschef the needet prep of the week. Help our Team during rush service hours to provide great food and experiences for our guests and help the Team with the daily operation at our Trekanten Oslo Location
Your Responsibilities may include:
Preparing ingredients, toppings, and broths according to recipes
Building and serving noodle dishes to guests
Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and workstations
Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations
Assisting in general restaurant duties as needed
Engaging directly with customers and providing friendly, service-oriented support
Work Hours: Shifts are typically 6-8 hours, including a 30-minute paid break. Some evenings and weekends may be required.
