Gérer le contentieux lié aux contrôles de conformité à la CCT ainsi qu’à toute la législation applicable.
Rédiger des décisions et des écritures judiciaires, des notes internes et autres courriers à caractère juridique.
Défendre les dossiers de la CPSO en audience et assurer le suivi des procédures judiciaires.
Assurer le suivi des séances de la commission infraction (établissement d’ordre du jour, prise de PV, mise en œuvre et suivi des décisions en collaboration avec le secrétariat général).
Soutenir et assister l'ensemble du bureau administratif de la CPSO pour toutes les questions juridiques en lien avec leurs activités.

Votre profil
Vous êtes titulaire d’un Bachelor ou d’un Master en droit suisse, idéalement avec un brevet d’avocat ou un certificat de l’école d’avocature.
Vous êtes au bénéfice d’une expérience professionnelle d’au moins 3 ans dans le domaine juridique suisse.
Vous avez un intérêt marqué pour le droit du travail et les assurances sociales suisses.
Des connaissances du monde de la construction ou un intérêt marqué pour ce domaine constituent un avantage.
Vous avez une aisance d’expression orale et écrite, avec une excellente orthographe, tout en étant capable de vulgariser des sujets techniques.

As Finance Controlling Lead, youll take ownership of the consolidation of group-level financial data and ensure the accuracy and reliability of our reporting. This senior expert role involves close collaboration with our international finance community, including accountants, controllers, business unit leaders, and the CFO. You will serve as the key specialist guiding our units in group reporting practices, maintaining the group accounting manual, and ensuring smooth intercompany matching, eliminations, and month-end reporting.
You will also be responsible for corporate tax reporting, maintaining transfer pricing documentation, and coordinating both internal audits of accounting practices and external audit processes. Staying informed on international tax audits and supporting units in resolving findings will be a key part of your work. In your daily tasks, youll use Power BI -tools and local accounting systems, and work in close cooperation with our Business Controlling team.
