Wat ga je doen?
Als POH-Somatiek begeleid je zelfstandig patiënten met chronische aandoeningen, waaronder:
- diabetes mellitus; - cardiovascular risicomanagement (CVRM) - pre, maar geen vereiste voor nu astma/COPD; Je voert zelfstandig spreekuren, geeft voorlichting en leefstijladviezen, begeleidt patiënten bij hun behandeling en levert een actieve bijdrage aan de kwaliteit en continuïteit van de zorg binnen de praktijk.

We are now looking for a Test Coordinator who would like to join an international team of Test Coordinators in our Warehouse Online team. Here you become part of our online expansion and a great team that is working with lots of cross dependencies, focused on delivering IT-services that support our business to fulfill our company’s vision. We strive to create effective IT solutions with high quality where you as a Test Coordinator has a key role to ensure quality of the solution delivered from the external provider and the integration between H&M systems.
Your tasks will be a mix of various tasks in the development and test phases in a release. It includes preparation, coordination and driving tests to completion. The Position
Located in the Stockholm QA team, you will be part of a small, embedded QA team, working closely with the various crafts involved in making our game.
Your main role will be to assess and promote quality through functional and qualitative testing of gameplay mechanics. Main tasks will include: analyzing test needs, designing test cases, executing manual tests, documenting plans and results, and following up on them, and reporting all issues into a bug tracking tool. It is essential that you are proactive and can clearly communicate concerns, work within deadlines, take direction well and will actively promote testing within development.

Your main tasks responsibilities
In this position you will work with Microsoft SCCM environment as your primary task, but also manage third-line support tickets within the IT infrastructure and provide complex end-user support.
