28 - 36 uur | ’s-Hertogenbosch | CCU, Eerste Harthulp & HCK Hou jij van afwisseling, samenwerken en zorg die er écht toe doet? Dan is de Acute Cardiologie dé plek waar je je kunt ontwikkelen tot een zelfverzekerde, breed inzetbare verpleegkundige binnen een hecht en betrokken team. Waar ga je werken? Je gaat aan de slag op de afdeling Acute Cardiologie waar het hart van de acute zorg klopt. De afdeling bestaat uit de Cardiac Care Unit (CCU), Eerste Hart Hulp (EHH) en de hartkatheterisatiekamers (HCK). Elke unit kent een eigen dynamiek. Op de CCU verleen je intensieve zorg aan cardiale patiënten, op de EHH bied je acute en spoedeisende cardiologische zorg en in de HCK vinden zowel geplande als acute interventies plaats, zoals PCI’s, CAG’s en pacemakerimplantaties. Kortom: geen dag is hetzelfde en dit maakt het de unieke plek om je als verpleegkundige in opleiding te ontwikkelen. Wil jij een indruk krijgen van onze afdeling? Na het behalen van je diploma word je breed inzetbaar binnen de Acute Cardiologie en werk je afwisselend op de CCU, Eerste Hart Hulp en de hartkatheterisatiekamers. De ene dag verleen je intensieve zorg aan instabiele patiënten op de CCU, de volgende dag zorg je voor snelle, acute patiëntenzorg op de EHH en weer een andere dag assisteer je bij geplande en spoedinterventies op de HCK. Deze afwisseling, de hoge complexiteit en het werken met acute zorg maken jouw functie uitdagend, leerzaam en allesbehalve routine. Wat breng je mee? Je bent een echte teamspeler die graag samenwerkt en actief bijdraagt aan de verbinding tussen de verschillende units. Je denkt kritisch mee, staat open voor vernieuwing en levert graag een bijdrage aan verbeteringen binnen de acute cardiologische zorg. Met jouw sterke organisatorische vaardigheden, heldere communicatie en gezonde dosis overtuigingskracht weet je overzicht te houden, ook in acute situaties. Daarnaast breng je het volgende mee: Een mbo- of hbo verpleegkundig diploma; De motivatie en bereidheid om de CCU- en HCK-opleiding te volgen (duur: 15 maanden, exclusief de voorwerkperiode); Een assertieve en open houding: je durft je mening te geven en deelt net zo makkelijk een compliment; Flexibiliteit en inzetbaarheid voor alle diensten, inclusief bereikbaarheidsdiensten waarbij je binnen 30 minuten operationeel op de unit aanwezig kunt zijn (gemiddeld 1-3 keer per maand). Wat bieden wij jou? Een leer-arbeidsovereenkomst voor 28 – 36 uur per week voor de duur van het voorwerken en de opleiding. Bij wederzijdse tevredenheid na het behalen van het diploma wordt de arbeidsovereenkomst omgezet naar onbepaalde tijd; Inschaling tijdens de leer-arbeidsovereenkomst vindt plaats in functiegroep 45 of 50, afhankelijk van jouw vooropleiding als verpleegkundige.
