Over two exciting years, you’ll gain hands-on experiences and become an active part of your team’s daily activities. Through impactful projects in three customized assignments - including an eight-month international placement - you’ll gain a deep understanding of Siemens Energy. A dedicated mentor will support you every step of the way, giving you the chance to explore different roles, engage in immersive experiences, and build a strong network with peers and industry leaders.
As part of our offshore automation team working on grid connection projects, you’ll be an integral member of the project management organization and get to know all key stakeholders. You’ll collaborate with experienced project managers and senior engineers, maintain close contact with technical experts, and engage with various stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of grid stabilization projects. Apply your knowledge to real-world projects and gain hands-on experience in project planning, execution, and monitoring, while simultaneously contributing to our mission of sustainable development.
How You’ll Make an Impact
As part of our Graduate Program, you are on the Siemens Energy team. You’ll share our purpose in energizing society by supporting customers with transitioning to a more sustainable world and work on real global issues, creating solutions that directly make an impact.
* Design, implement and develop Automation and Control Systems for auxiliary systems of our Offshore HVDC platforms, ensuring they meet performance and reliability standards
* Drive digital transformation projects, integrating advanced technologies and ensuring robust cybersecurity measures to enhance operational efficiency and data analytics
* Partner with engineers, project managers, and other collaborators to deliver innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement
* Contribute to effective communication and collaboration across the entire team, line management, and interfacing organizations
* Prepare project-related documentation, reports, and meeting materials to support decision-making and transparency
What You Bring
* A proactive approach and ownership for your projects
* Strong analytical skills, innovative thinking, and technical proficiency, along with adaptability, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
* Relevant experience through internships and/or working student roles is essential, ideally in the electric power industry; additional permanent work experience of up to 36 months is welcome
* A master's or doctoral degree in electrical, automation or IT engineering or a similar field; additional certifications or coursework in automation and control systems, or cybersecurity are highly desirable
* Minimum of 3 months of international experience gained through studying or working
* Excellent English skills to engage in a multicultural environment, with flexibility and willingness for international travel; German skills are a plus

Tražimo osobu koja će samostalno organizirati i provoditi edukativne radionice i individualne konzultacije za starije osobe u području digitalne i medijske pismenosti.
Posao uključuje pripremu i vođenje radionica, rad jedan na jedan s korisnicima, kao i koordinaciju aktivnosti s domovima za starije osobe i udrugama umirovljenika. Osoba je odgovorna za cjelokupnu organizaciju svog rada na terenu (od dogovora termina i komunikacije s partnerima, do provedbe aktivnosti i vođenja evidencije).
Važan dio posla je i samostalna priprema javnih poziva i najava aktivnosti koje se objavljuju na društvenim mrežama i internetskim stranicama, kao i pisanje vijesti i kratkih izvještaja o provedenim aktivnostima, stoga tražimo osobu koja može jasno i razumljivo komunicirati prema široj publici.
TKO SE MOŽE PRIJAVITI
Na natječaj se mogu prijaviti osobe sa završenim studijem društvenog ili humanističkog usmjerenja, poput komunikologije, pedagogije, socijalnog rada, psihologije, učiteljskog studija i srodnih područja. Prijaviti se mogu i osobe drugih obrazovnih profila koje imaju iskustvo u radu s ljudima, provedbi edukacija ili projektima u području digitalne i medijske pismenosti.
Poželjne osobine i vještine:
• samostalnost i odgovornost u radu
• razvijene komunikacijske i organizacijske vještine
• proaktivnost i pouzdanost
• iskustvo u radu s ljudima, edukacijama ili projektima
• aktivno znanje engleskog jezika
• vozačka dozvola B kategorije i spremnost na terenski rad
