In het kort: Je gaat als P&O-adviseur organisatiebrede HR-projecten en procesverbeteringen ontwikkelen en implementeren, HR-systemen als AFAS en Appical doorontwikkelen en managementinformatie en dashboards verbeteren in samenwerking met diverse stakeholders. Functiebeschrijving Wij zijn op zoek naar een ervaren en pro-actieve P&O-adviseur die zich met name richt op (organisatiebrede) HR-projecten en procesverbeteringen. Als adviseur speel je een belangrijke rol in het ontwikkelen, implementeren en optimaliseren van HR-processen, waarbij digitalisering, gebruiksvriendelijkheid en datagedreven werken centraal staan. De opdracht kent verschillende aandachtsgebieden, waaronder de doorontwikkeling van AFAS, het optimaliseren van onboarding- en offboardingprocessen (Appical), het verder professionaliseren van leren en ontwikkelen (Studytube) en het verbeteren van managementinformatie en dashboards (powerBI). Als adviseur werk je projectmatig, verbind je verschillende stakeholders en vertaal je organisatorische behoeften naar concrete oplossingen. Eisen -Dienstverband: Detachering - Opleiding op minimaal HBO-niveau, bij voorkeur op het gebied van HRM (aantoonbaar in cv) - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als P&O-adviseur bij gemeenten (aantoonbaar in cv) - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring met AFAS (aantoonbaar in cv) - Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring met PowerBI (aantoonbaar in cv) Wensen - Tijdens een verificatiegesprek worden getoetst op; - Voornoemde criteria, de competenties en advies- en communicatievaardigheden worden getoetst in een met de kandidaat te voeren gesprek. - Werkervaring als P&O-adviseur (aantoonbaar in cv) (3 – 5 jaar: 5 Punten; 5 - 7 jaar: 10 Punten; Meer dan 7 jaar: 15 Punten) - Werkervaring als P&O-adviseur bij gemeenten (aantoonbaar in cv) (3 - 5 jaar: 5 Punten; 5 - 7 jaar: 10 Punten; Meer dan 7 jaar: 15 Punten) - Ervaring met AFAS (aantoonbaar in cv) (Gebruiker AFAS zonder optimalisatie-ervaring: 0 Punten; Ervaring met optimaliseren van processen/workflows binnen AFA.
