CRINVEST APS is a small but growing construction company, and we are looking for a skilled and reliable Tiler/Mason to join our team in Haderslev, Denmark. About the Job
As a tiler/mason at CRINVEST, you will work on high-end residential construction and renovation projects. Your tasks will include:
Installation of marble and natural stone tiles (floors and walls, large formats)
Ceramic and porcelain tiling in wet rooms and living areas
Concrete work – casting, formwork, and finishing (stairs, foundations, retaining walls)
Screeding, leveling, and substrate preparation
Waterproofing of wet zones (vådrumssikring)
Exterior plastering and masonry repairs
General building and renovation duties
This is a full-time position with immediate start.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
Has proven experience in tiling and/or masonry work
Has experience handling and installing marble or natural stone (cutting, layout, leveling of large-format tiles)
Understands concrete work – mixing, casting, and finishing
Works independently, responsibly, and with attention to detail
Can collaborate well with colleagues and customers
Is physically capable of performing construction tasks
Speaks basic English or Danish (advantage, not required)
A valid EU driver's license is preferred, as driving the company van may be part of the job.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the front-of-house team.

Train, supervise, and support waitstaff.
Manage table reservations and seating arrangements.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service issues professionally.
Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with restaurant standards.
Assist management with scheduling, inventory control, and operational tasks.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Head Waiter, Supervisor, or senior waiter in a restaurant environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wines is an advantage.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
English proficiency required; danish is an advantage.
