Premier Tech Systems and Automation, a leader in innovative (and complex) Packaging solutions, is searching for a Sales Director EMEA . The successful candidate will assume a pivotal role in directing the EMEA sales operations, managing Regional Sales Directors, and the Application team. The role is crucial in advancing our GROWING business within the EMEA region, with the ideal candidate based in the Netherlands (Eersel) or Germany.
The Sales Director is expected to blend strategic insight with hands-on leadership to drive growth, nurture multinational teams, and foster long-term customer relationships in a demanding market landscape.
Duties & Responsibilities: - Provide strong leadership to a cross-functional team covering Sales and Solution Building, ensuring alignment with company objectives. - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets, with a focus on complex machinery within the different market sectors and regions. - Drive customer satisfaction through maintaining excellent service standards and product offerings. - Optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the EMEA region. - Promote collaboration and integration across teams to build a unified approach towards achieving objectives. - Manage travel demands ensuring presence and support across diverse market areas. - Define clear targets and KPIs for sales performance, fostering a results-driven culture. - Evaluate and implement initiatives to broaden market reach and improve customer engagement. - Contribute to global strategy aligning EMEA objectives with overarching business goals.
