What is your role?
As the Sales Director Poland & Baltics, you will be accountable for:
Commercial Strategy & Execution - Co‑creating the Cluster Commerce Strategy and translating it into a clear, actionable local sales strategy , including annual plans, roadmaps, OGSM, KPIs, and budgets. - Developing and implementing operational strategies aligned with company goals to accelerate profitable, sustainable growth . - Ensuring delivery of country P&L, strategic KPIs, budget targets, and long‑term market share development.
Business Growth & Market Opportunities - Identifying, initiating, and scaling new business opportunities and innovations across Poland & the Baltics. - Improving existing sales approaches to strengthen commercial performance. - Working closely with Customer Service, Marketing, Assortment, Pricing, and other key functions to drive coordinated commercial success. - Building long‑term relationships with strategic customers and representing Kramp externally.
