Your role
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the main point of contact for customers, workshops and other parties involved. Your goal is to provide excellent customer service while ensuring that every case is followed up accurately and efficiently.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Handling incoming phone calls and customer inquiries.
Managing emails and providing clear and professional responses.
Gathering information and checking data for accuracy and completeness.
Providing first-line technical support and communicating with workshops.
Keeping customers and all relevant parties informed about the progress of their case.
Following up and monitoring agreements with all parties involved.
Managing contract-related issues within the agreed deadlines.
Managing several cases and tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service.
Working hours
The position is Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday work during particularly busy periods.
You will work in rotating shifts between 07:00 and 22:00.
Flexibility regarding working hours is essential for this position.

Knowledge & experience
Very good English – essential for the position.
Good knowledge of German.
Good knowledge of Dutch.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Previous experience in administration, customer service or case management is a strong asset.
Technical knowledge of the automotive sector, tyres or mechanics is a plus, but not required.
No specific experience is required, as full training will be provided.

- Drive showroom sales for both B2B and B2C customers.

3+ years of experience in Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Operations

Strong knowledge of Belgian payroll and employment administration. Experience in our other European markets is a plus (France, Spain, Italy, UK, Germany, Netherlands).
